We celebrated Halloween there ... Very nice staff and reliable boss. Everything went perfectly. gladly again.
We celebrated Halloween here and it was great Very cool! I can only recommend it
A very nice, pleasant and clean hotel. You can tell that it is privately run and that it has a love of detail. Rooms are newly renovated! It has a very nice wine list and is in a quiet location, but there is still a good gastronomic offer and an art theater around the corner. Lidl is also across the street. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the train station. I would always love to come...
Very good hostel
Quite, clean, easy to find it. Big space for 5 persons but I sleep only one😁. Close to Lidl.Provide kitchen for cooking by self at #2. No elevator that I know it it's fine for me. Wifi was strong👍. Valuable price for single traveller.

Easy access (once you learned how to use your code), more than enough parking spots on the street around the building, good bathroom (even though it's shared), available kitchen (even though I haven't used it). Good beds with great pillows and sheets.
place was very roomy. and very clean. everything was in order
Very clean and everything modern. Nice design. Always my pleasure
Nice big room. Very good beds (mattresses). Absolutely clean! The bathroom is a good size, shower very spacious, also very clean. Kitchen everything there. Please remember that the bathroom and kitchen are common areas.

Super nice owners, nice hostel!
I didn't stay at the hostel but the bar/pub there is the best ever. Especially the jam sessions on Tuesday. It's guaranteed that you'll have fun there with some games e. g. baby foot and darts and meeting some awesome people including Feli and Dennis who run the place
The hostel is clean but with very small bathrooms. A basement for with common kitchen and a bar.
Amazing Hostel! Very organized, clean, friendly people, comfortable rooms. Me and my friends loved!

Geen geluiden van andere gasten. Misschien waren er geen andere gasten.
A small cozy hotel. I found the owner very positive, who proudly presented me with his son's homemade honey. The environment is very quiet and the most essentials are available. Of course it is not a luxury hotel, but it is still the most essential thing you need for an overnight stay. Thank you and good luck with the delicious honey.
Was there as a hotel guest. The rooms are well-kept and clean. The service was very good. The breakfast corresponds to a Garni hotel. Everything was there for breakfast. You have to pay more for more.
Small place, very cozy, discreet and quiet. With what is necessary for a short stay in the city. We'll be coming back.
Great clean accommodation in a quiet area. Great condition with a large room and a nice new bathroom. Breakfast very simple here we would have liked more choice and fresh fruit. Nice hosts, everything was very uncomplicated. We would come again! Thank you very much.

The check in process was easy. The host is very helpful. Room is small but clean. I like the garden view with all those fishes in the pawn lol watched them for a while. Toilette is clean and shower is good with schampoo and shower gel provided. It is not luxury but it is a nice hostel.
The room was well decorated, warm and very clean! It was perfect for one night. The host were very responsive and nice to talk to.
The room was realy nice. And it had a shower and a sink. The beds where also nice a sturdy bed bunk. The only thing that takes down the experience is that there were only one male toilet and one for women. So sometimes there were a small que.
Bettina is the best. Apartment was nice very clean, feels like a home. We were with our children. Nice big shower. Kitchen was complete. Different colours towels, so we didn't get confused 😃. Bettina thank you!
Perfect price/quality ratio for this hostel! Good location as it is located right next to a metro station with plenty of lime scooters in the area.
Clean, affordable and great transport links. Also there was a fridge and freezer which we could store food and drinks in just beside our room. Will definitely be booking this again in the future.

Simple but tidy room, great location, very nice helpful owner.
Good location, very quiet neighborhood, Hotel with great potential but lacking hygiene staff. Our room was very spacious and nice but not clean. In 5 days no one has ever cleaned the room and changed the linen, only possible change of towels on request. The breakfast served in the room, due to covid, is monotonous and essential. On the other hand, the welcome and availability of the reception are excellent...
I have stayed 3 days in this hotel. The staff offer me very clear information nearby. The room is very clean and tidy. Especially the matress is very comfortable. They also offer excellent breakfast. Every day is offered different breakfast. It is really satisfied for such a reasonable price. I come to live many times and their service is always the same. Strongly recommended.
This is not the Ritz Carlton, but if you want a clean bed in a quiet place close to the river, the S Bahn to Dusseldorf and centre of Werden. There is no bar, but a 5min walk will get you to one. There is no evening Restaurant, but a 5 min walk will get you a choice of Italians. Or go a little further and sit by the beautiful lake and enjoy a meal there.
Sehr freundlich und top Zimmer

The convenient and reasonable hotel. Only 5 minutes on foot from the Essen station. No front desk, but I have no trouble to check in. And they gave me three card-keys in case it didn't work. The room is big enough and clean. I have no complaint.
The room's are wonderful. The bath is good for the price... Everything is up to date. The room's got cleaned well. There was a fridge, a heater, a micro wave a big table "royal oak" two stools, a comfy seat and a 32 inch flat screen. Topped by a big king sizes bed. Nearly perfect.
You call the hotel by phone when you arrive, then you are given a code to enter at the hotel. With this code you can open a little safe and receive the card that opens your room. There is no reception or bar or anything like that. Only a cleaning lady comes by for about 2-3 hours a day. The rooms are quite pretty and you won't be disturbed.
It is a kind of self service hotel close to the center of Essen. The floors are smelling fairly ugly and it is not a pleasant atmosphere at all. The rooms are surprisingly good in terms of size and infrastructure / furnitures.
Nice apart hotel close to Essen main station. Good for groups of 3 or 4 people, a bit too pricey for two persons only.
