Hotel opened in 1994, renovated in 2008. In this mini-hotel 132 rooms, 6 floors.

I do not advise to book this hotel!!! We arrive very late and tired and we received the worse room! Just above the bar which was very very loud!!! When I asked for the room change, the staff on the reception was very impolite and refused to help.

Usually have good experiences, mainly with a reception and breakfast, rooms are also nice and clean but i had two bad experiences during my last 2 stays where the cleaning ladies took my personal towel which was never returned and no warm water in the shower which resulted that I was sick after taking it

The overall experience in the hotel was not good. I forgot an item inside the room after the checkout, when I called the reception to ask if someone found it, they didn’t help that much.. it looks like they don’t have a lost and found service there, or they just don’t care.. :(

Great Central location right by train/bus station, so traveling around is a breeze! Also close by to almost everything you could need to walk to! Definitely recommend. We stay here everytime we are in Friedrichshafen

Internet speed is really bad,nothing will work. Request Mangment to take note ,Wi-Fi does not work.
Heating is not central and not very effective.

Nice hotel in the city next to the lake ... good food and rooms. I didn't like the single bed option (not comfortable) ...better check before booking.

The reception guy was a bit curt. The bar staff were lovely. The location is good and right next to the lake with some good eateries nearby.

What a wonderful experience we had with hotel. The location is centrally located with bus and train stops very close, meters away from the water’s edge and it was safe to walk around the area at all times of the day and night. The bar and restaurant were great, but the shining feature is the fantastic staff. They were very polite and accommodating

Stayed here for 1 night while en route to Switzerland from Munich. The hotel was okay. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Location was great. However, amenities were seriously lacking. None of the rooms has a phone. The food quality and quantity downstairs were poor, and wifi is very limited and unreliable. My partner stayed here ~7 years ago and seemed like the hotel has gone downhill since then.

Was there on Business we finished early expensive to cancel last night had to haggle with manager. I have stayed here several times staff is great other than manager, rooms are not great 5th floor is a walk up flight from 4th floor. There are other newer hotels in the area will be trying one of them next time.
