Mercure Hotel Hannover Medical Park

I recently stayed at Mercure medical park for business. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service we received during breakfast. I’d like to give a special mention to H.Gada who was so attentive, friendly, and very kind and made sure all our needs were met with a smile.

The service is outstanding, the room has everything that u need. We got the free drink and some fruits in the room. Breakfast has everything that u want. The price for parking is 14 euro per night. They have the gym and bar in case you want to spend time in the hotel. The pool is closed in the winter time. The restaurant is closed during the holiday time. You need to check it when you want to spend time there. The bed is 1000000 percent comfy!

Breakfast options are decent and good.
Hotel reception is warm and nice. They helped me with a power adapter as I was having UK based ones.
Rooms are cosy.

The covering of the shower tub would have been better, as it covers only the half, the water gets out during the shower as it spills out while taking the shower.

The direction of light placed in the room is kind of odd as the light when switched on, it directly In front of you, kind of distraction if you want to watch TV with light on.

Pretty good average hotel with the typical mercure standard. At least the bathroom felt a little more modern. Liked the coffee machine in the room, but there were quite some stains on the floor, which also looked a little older. Overall, I didn't see too much of the hotel apart from the room but would come back, if I need a hotel in the area. However, it's a rather long drive from the centre.

My two children and I stayed at the hotel from the 22/08/23 to 26/08/23.

The airline lost our luggage so we only had a few things with us. We managed to purchase cloths and toiletries from the local shops. The airline notified us our luggage had been located and would be delivered to the hotel. I told the hotel staff and they said they would let us know when it arrived.

The food at the hotel was great! There was so much to choose from at breakfast, my children and I loved it. We had breakfast and dinner there every night. The children's portions at dinner were brilliant. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We used the swimming pool everyday. It was always clean and refreshing.

We were support to leave the hotel at 4am on the 26/08/23, however our flight from Hannover to Munich was cancelled at the last minute. We were rebooked on an evening flight. I asked if we could checkout later than 12pm. The hotel staff did their best but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that day. They said they would keep our luggage safe for us, which had just arrived from the airport at 10am that morning, and said we could use the hotels facilities for as long as we needed. The man at the front desk even gave us a packed lunch which had rolls, water, juice and fruit in. It was so very thoughtful.

My children and I loved our stay at your hotel and the service we received from everyone from the cleaners to the hotel manager was wonderful. We will defiantly be coming back and staying again the next time to are in Hannover.

Perfect for af family og four. Good space in rooms with bed and sofa bed.
Super service and friendly staff at check in and breakfast.
Good selection at breakfast with different kinds of bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, youghurt and many other things. All what you need to get ready for a new day.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and we are always satisfied. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and a very large parking area. The breakfast is good too, nice selection of both hot and cold options plus lots of tea types
