JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt

Rooms: Excellent quality, noticeable immediately upon entering. The use of real wood adds to the appeal, and the bathroom was very spacious. Overall, a solid 10/10.

Gym: While the hotel doesn’t have its own gym, it offers access to Fitness First Black Label, which includes modern facilities and a pool.

Lobby: Surprisingly small for the size of the building—compact and a bit crowded.

Bar: Small but cozy and comfortable.

Cleanliness: Everything was fine except for the toilet in the room, which was dirty with old grime, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

Service: Excellent overall. The housekeeping manager quickly addressed the toilet issue when reported. However, during the busy holiday season, the bar seemed understaffed, with only one person attending to guests.

Breakfast: Outstanding—10/10. Great variety, pleasant atmosphere, and efficient, friendly staff.

Note: There’s no lounge, which might confuse guests expecting it as part of the JW Marriott experience. Marriott could benefit from standardizing amenities across its hotels to align guest expectations and avoid surprises.

Overall: A very good hotel. We’d stay here again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Great value, there is ongoing construction at the moment but I didn't feel it, though I was on the top floor.

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again)

Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing. Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded.

As a solo traveller this hotel was a great choice! Would definitely visit again.

This was a fantastic stay. Location was great for Christmas markets as they were right around the corner. Easy to get to from airport and Frankfurt main train station.

The staff was exceptional. I was traveling with my wife and daughter and while that presents challenges they were so hopeful and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

Between location and staff this will provide a comfortable welcoming stay no matter the reason for your visiting.

JW Marriott is a luxury chain so only the best is expected here. The hotel is very nice and it is centrally located close to everything. The rooms are nice and spacious but the there is issues in the rooms. We had 3 rooms, two of which had issues with the water in the sink. It is was really slow making the sink full. In terms of Service, their issue was that when we arrive around 10pm, nobody from the bell desk was there. In 5-star hotels, the bell desk staff have to be present at all times.

One of my best stays ever at a Marriott / Bonvoy hotel. First, the location of the JW Marriott in Frankfurt is absolutely perfect, located right at the center of the city, walking distance from all major tourist areas. The service was great, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with a large selection of food and drinks; the rooms were spacious, modern, had lots of natural light coming in and were just super comfortable in general. Lastly, the amenities were comfortable with the pool and gym part of a gym complex for out of the hotel customers as well.

My first visit to Frankfurt and it was unforgettable and full of beautiful memories. The hotel is clean and wonderful, the staff are respectful, the room is fantastic and the bed is very comfortable, it’s nearly to my zeil mall , and restaurant If I return to Frankfurt, my choice will definitely be JW Marriott Frankfurt. I highly recommend it.

Top-notch hotel with amazing staff..
This wasn't my first visit to this hotel, and I booked it again for just one night. The consistent exceptional experience continued. It truly stands out as one of the best hotels in Frankfurt. From the welcoming of Paul the captain to the accommodating front office manager Mahmoud, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is both pleasant and unforgettable. The location is premium, just a stone's throw away from the renowned Frankfurt commercial area MyZeil. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is superb, leaving nothing to be desired. Overall, every aspect of this hotel is top-notch, and it is well worth every penny spent.
PS; can’t remember the name of the gentleman assured me on departure with my luggage but he was fantastic with a big smile on his face.

The property, staff, and location were all wonderful. I had a fantastic four-night stay. Due to my severe allergies to a wide range of environmental and food items, I must always carry an Epi-pen. Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction in the first room I was assigned. However, the reception desk staff handled the situation promptly and transferred me to another room without any inconvenience. I greatly appreciated their understanding and accommodation of my medical condition. When I return to Frankfurt, this hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Probably one of the best Marriott properties we have stayed in worldwide, the best in Europe in our opinion. The staff is very professional, immediately recognized that we are platinum members and arranged an upgrade to a Skyline Suite. The reception area is a bit small, and immediately adjacent is the hotel bar.
The rooms are excellent and so are the beds. The view is spectacular from the higher floors. We stayed on the 14th floor and had a fantastic view.
We only had breakfast but it was fantastic. Many great options to pick from and an amazing service in the restaurant.
We will come back for sure.
