This place is located exactly in front of the train station. The location is perfect for a day of work if u have to catch the train in the morning. I liked the service. But I really didn’t like the floors because they seemed unsanitary and not clean. I could they could be replaced from many years of being used. Other than this, the whole experience was extra nice.

Me and my boyfriend left our luggage at the hotel's storage for a few hours after check out. It was clear someone went through our bags. My boyfriend found his wallet in the wrong pocket. My bag was clearly opened. Nothing was stolen only because there was no high value in the bags. Strongly not recommend unfortunately.

After we left the gentleman from the reception called to threat us. He said he would call police on us because of our false aligations.

We stayed at the Frankfurt between the 6th and 7th Match 2024. We had to get an extra night because of the train and plane strikes. The afternoon staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. That made our stay welcome. Thank you all for your help with this.
Hotel was very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds and ample breakfast. But the staff were worthy of extra praise.

Great location and very good rooms. The bed was comfortable. Near to restaurants and shops that stay late at night. All the major subway lines are less than 5 minutes away by walking. The welcoming was good. The wifi was good.

Great location across from the main train station therefore could be noisy from passing trams/trains during the night. Typical self served breakfast. The room was a bit worn out/pealing off paint from the walls and couple of lights in the bathroom were gone. No usb chargers in the room. Not sure how stars are awarded, but I wouldn't call it 4****...

- Not well maintained. They need to check issues with shower, entrance gallery to rooms, poor lighting, not very positive feeling.

+ Check-in and check out were quick, staff were prompt and polite. Wifi was good, location is close to the train station. Price was reasonable, but not a four star hotel but can be 2 star at max.- Not well maintained. An such unfriendly and unprofessional management I have never experienced in my life. From such a name I would expect an international and service oriented staff. The exact opposite is the case!

It's a cosy small Hotel with very friendly staff's. Rooms big enough. Nice bathroom. Refreshment in the minibar for free,internet for free, great breakfast. 2 min walk from the Maintrain Station with all car rent offices, bookshops, restaurants and shops for Tobacco and Banks. Good place.

Ok, not every Hotel can be renovated, but, even if it is a non-modernised house that is not to say that it has to be dirty and broken.
Also if 60,-€, exclusive Breakfast, no luxury expect, here are the rooms of the women seem to only cover the beds.
Rubbish bin (room and bathroom) do not have a pouch, according to the emptied bucket.
The bottles in the Minibar were already at the feeder is empty.
The rooms are OPEN ceilings in the truest sense of the word. Holes in furniture and Curtains, in the sink and the overflow hole-black.
