I stayed at NH Hotel for a week during my recent Mannheim business visit.
The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but the accessibility is not an issue due to the frequent tram connections. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very well maintained. They have full sized windows which made the room well lit.
The hotel gives a premium feel with a good lobby and a nice restaurant and bar. The breakfast spread was wonderful with plenty of options as per your liking. They baked gluten free breads on demand to cater to my gluten intolerance.
The staff was professionally trained, friendly and approachable. I opted for green stays on some nights and the complimentary drink coupons were the cherry on the cake.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would surely come back on my future visits to Mannheim.

We had a very nice experience here. Parking can be reached easily, but it is better to mark it as target and not the hotel itself. In front of the hotel you have the tram line so the city is very easily reached. Very easy connection to the highway, you do not have to enter the city.

Rooms were new, very nicely done. Good amenities. The reception wasn’t very welcoming on our arrival. There’s definite room for improvement. Aside from that, everything is good, esp the room rate. 20 minute nice walk into the main city or take the tram right infront of the hotel. Parking is 19 euro.

great comfortable rooms, amazing pillows, good bathroom, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately they didn’t have paper cups to take away a coffee.
My only issue was the parking. It was full and parking on the street was far and took ages to find. Otherwise an excellent property

This hotel is very well designed with great services (especially Jan who is super attentive and professional). It's a fuss free and very comfortable place, greeted with complimentary refreshing drinks and a very sleek lobby. Rooms are well insulated from noise and heat/cold, super comfy beds and a working desk and a lounge chair which is really thoughtful. This is my chosen stay for the past dozen times when I visit Mannheim. Also the amazing restaurants nearby, all within walking distance with also many different parking options. Love that we have this familiar, nice corner to visit whenever we are here!

Good hotel - only major letdown is that you can't reserve a parking spot in advance. 2nd time that I arrive after 23 o'clock and that I had to drive in the area to find a spot, which was a terrible thing to do close to midnight.

Stayed here for a 1 night stop on a driving tour through Germany. Excellent experience.

Great service, they pay high attention to ensuring covid-19 regulation are followed. The staff at the front desk (Murat) was very helpful and accomodanting
