I truly like this place, it’s a relatively new structure, super clean with high maintenance. The location is great- just at the central station where you can take the underground tunnel to arrive directly at the back entrance of the hotel. Although it is close to the train station it has a great noise isolation and you cannot hear anything inside the room. Beds are comfortable, the stuff is nice and helpful. I prefer coming back to this hotel than other places in the area. Nice lobby menu with vegetarian options.

I stayed at Hotel Holiday Inn for 4 nights with family during my recent Mannheim visit.
The hotel location is superb with a direct entry to the Mannheim Hbf South entrance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are sound proof and you don't hear the disturbance due to the station in vicinity. The reception and dining area is spacious as well with good aesthetics.
The breakfast spread was vast and they baked gluten free breads on demand, due to my gluten intolerance. They had a good combination of cold cuts and warm servings.
Overall, a good option if you are looking to stay in close vicinity of the train station.

Right at the main station.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with no complaints at all.
Clean bath and bed with TV, kettle and wall mounted AC control panel.
They have the nicest English speaking staff.
Complimentary breakfast was really good. Nice spread with different varieties of bread, meat, cereals, pancakes, coffee and other pastries.
They were kind enough to hold our luggage for 3 days when I travelled to another city.

Holiday Inn is right next to the train station exit (too convenient!) Surprised at how new and clean and modern the room is. Common area is well designed. Breakfast is amazing! I have only positive things to say about this stay!

Great location , sort of new hotel , big , spacious and clean . However the hotel lacks of customer service touch from their staffs . Most are either hidden or nowhere to be seen during normal working hours . It was also raining but they don’t provide any umbrella .

Great location steps from the train station and restaurants. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable room. Bonus they gave us a chocolate bunny for Easter!

First of all you don't reply to all my points... The broken window, your proposal towards a customer (to take my money and leave in the night with a young child).... how you handled a customer's complaint.... But, I will reply to your points.
First of all, I was aware that there wouldn't be an extra bed (that my room wasn't a TRPB), but I thought that when making a booking stating 3 GUESTS there would be a sofa bed for the kid to sleep, there would be a towel and a cover on the bed. You cannot force me to sleep with my son without first advising me. And if this is your policy it should be mentioned clearly in the booking confirmation.
Secondly, my aim wasn't to make an employee cry... but there was no one else to talk to not even a duty supervisor. You left one young girl alone during the night shift, so she should be able to handle problems that might occur without crying. And I had to talk to someone, I suppose that's what the hotel reception is for... Right? Last but not least, where were you all the days I stayed in your hotel? Why didn't you meet your customers and check why they are not happy? Where is the customer service ? Well , you didn't even show up or call me to check what's wrong! But when I was talking to your colleague she had left her mobile on so that you could hear me.... That's not professional at all !!!

Great rooms. Rooms facing the inside opposite the offices don't have privacy.
Located near the centre and railway station.
The breakfast spread is food and the restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have used this hotel a few times and I love it! Great location for the station. Modern and comfortable look. Rooms are always clean and tidy, I always feel really safe aswell. The only negative feedback I have is 2 small things, 1- no moisturizing cream I know not all hotels do it but it’s nice when they do as the water here in Germany is quiet hard on the skin. 2 - for ppl who are members it would be nice to some complimentary sacks crips and chocolate for example maybe a beer. But I mean I am really digging deep this is a fantastic hotel and anytime I go to Mannheim I stay here. Lastly I would like to say the staff in this hotel are always really friendly and welcoming which is always appreciated!
