Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks.
Receptionist could have been more forthcoming greeting the hotel guests than just standing at the receptionist and glaring at the hotel guests instead. Overall our experience at Dorint hotel was alright.

Very good hotel with friendly staff from reception to Bar.
We had our meals on the second floor where everyone got professional treatment for a Lady named Jacqueline Heck. The Dorint hotel can be proud of this person and Lucky to have her

Great service and hotel. we love the care at the breakfast from the team. The assortment is awesome but the staff is even better. For this it's great to be there as they care for people. Thank you for your service.

Our room was very used, and it wasn't cheap.
The reception should take tips from the breakfast service. The reception could be friendlier. You really do feel welcome. Maybe that's normal in a congress hotel?

Pros 👍:
Nice location (next to Wasserturm), good breakfast (ladies that are preparing eggs are very pleasant), gym and sauna are nice.
Cons: 👎 no fridge and mini bar in room, Room Air conditioning is not very effective, reception staff is not very polite and they always change rules every day (one day you can do, the other you can't), when you want to use your free drink voucher they just say that they lost their record or you not on the list, so you have to pay (they use papers for this record), so after even if I had 7 vouchers I had to pay…?! It’s not about the money you know, but…
In general Hilton and Radisson are much better for longer stays.

great location while on transit. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Nice restaurants and shops at just a few minutes walk.

clean, but pretty loud. my room was right next to a elevator and I could hear them easily overnight and AC was broken.
