My stay at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was extremely satisfying. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was still sufficient and well-equipped.The reception staff deserve special praise for their friendliness and professional assistance with any questions or concerns. They made the check-in and check-out process a smooth experience.The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of foods that were freshly prepared and delicious. The quality of the food was remarkable, and there was plenty of variety to cater to every taste.Overall, my experience at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was highly enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfortable accommodation in Frankfurt.

The room is super small. I am a normal size person and I have difficulty using the toilet. At 9.30 am there is a service staff who opens every door and my door without knocking. And you can hear literally everything so loudly!!! The doors bang bang bang, the locks click click click. It’s impossible to rest!!

I arrive at 17 o'clock and my room which I checked in was not cleaned. (Trash bins were full, blankets and towels not changed and there was glass of wine with empty bottle of beer and mineral water on the table). Receptionist changed my room but I doubt that it was same type of room I paid for (but didn't have time to sort that out). Last but not least there was a river view in description of my view but none of those 2 rooms had that view. Also rooms are bit cramped. The only positive was that breakfast had wide variety of food to choose from.
To sum that up don't waste your money here and go somewhere else :)

I'm visiting this hotel for one night. I got small room with twin bed and small bathroom. In the room you have bottle with water. In conclusion, a small and nice room without a view from the window. On the lobby you have restaurant & pub you can to order pizza or beer. This hotel location 10 minutes from the train station center.

I have already stayed at the Ibis hotel twice for work and the truth is that I would not like to return. Firstly, the customer service is not very efficient. The service is very slow and you have to ask for the same thing several times for them to listen to you. There seems to be no communication or coordination between the staff. We put our credit card so they could charge us for breakfast every day, but every morning they made us go to reception to ask again for breakfast to be charged. That was really annoying. Secondly, the cleaning staff comes to your room at around 8 am to clean it and it is uncomfortable since it wakes you up. The cleaning man smelled very bad. Breakfast does not have much variety. The rooms are not very spacious and are a bit cold.
What I would rescue is the location, the taste of the food and the elevators.

Nice basic clean hotel near the Frankfurt central station. Good access to public transport and it is located just besides the Main river. Our room had a great view. Enjoyed my stay.

Good location BUT rooms are really small. My bathroom had a 2m^2. Scrambled egss are from package (not from eggs) and there is no good parking.

Close to city , has all that's needed. Clean rooms , friendly professional staff. Stayed here for an ironman event. Catered very well for the athletes.
