Our 233-room property offers air-conditioned rooms in five categories, 3 meeting rooms, the inviting I-Bar and a generous international breakfast buffet, featuring delicious honey harvested from our own beehives.
Hotel opened in 1983, renovated in 2000.

I stayed here in 2019 and thought it was good. The second time I stayed here, I was shocked.
They took down the no-cleaning sign and put it back up instead of cleaning. The room was full of odor.
The power went out at 8pm. I slept in the dark all night. The next day, when I got home from work, there was no power and no notification. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room, but there was no room to choose from. Can I downgrade the room? I was moved from a premium king bed to the basement. I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. I went to the front desk to argue and they said they only had the last room of the same level. It was clearly a problem with the hotel, but they didn't take the initiative to notify me and didn't upgrade the room for compensation. They were just trying to save money.

The room is clean but a little small. The location is good

The room was too small and covered with carpet. The carpet was too dusty. When I sat down at the toilet, my knees were touching the wall. Sheets were stained. The bathroom was too cold. The view was good but the window was locked to open fully. It wasn't comfortable at all. I regret not reading the comments.

Very nice hotel, we requested and got a room with a view of the river and the tower. I am sure it is one of the hotels with the best view in Frankfurt (for rooms with a view of the river). friendly staff, fast check in and check out. clean rooms, the space was ok and not very small as many describe here. TOP quality/price. quiet area, close to the station but far from the area "to avoid" late at night

Good location, but room is very small for a 1 bedroom. Moreover, there's no space to have a closet. If you're big, you might feel claustrophobic in the bathroom.

My go to place every time we were here, writing the review after staying here for the fifth time.
The staff are very friendly and super nice.
Daniel and Darius are exceptionally good. Amazing location. Breakfast is good. Very helpful staff for anything we asked for.

Not the best experience, but also not the worse... Service could be better and the hotel could look like it is cleaned more often. It is too dark, ao you get the impression it is not clean. Actually, in my room I found other guests hair on the bench..
