Our 13 studio rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator and allow longer stays in our hotel. Offenbach City Center impresses with a diverse range of restaurants and other gastronomy offers. The S-Bahn stop Offenbach Ledermuseum is directly opposite the hotel - with connections to Downtown Frankfurt, with attractions of the rebuilt Altstadt including the Kaiserdom, as well as the Römerberg, or the famous museums like Städel Museum or Liebieghaus. We are also very close to the Frankfurt International Airport which is only 15 minutes away by car, or the Frankfurt trade fair which is 25 minutes by car. What you have after calling the front desk is “room will be cleaned tomorrow, the system is old there is nothing they can do about it.”
Seriously, don’t run a hotel if you can barely provide a comfortable stay for guest. Worst IHG stay ever, worst Holiday Inn experience ever!!!
BTW, checking in took me an hour standing there waiting in line for the only staff, while the manager and another staff had no intention to help and let people line-up to wait forever.
the guy said he then searched up the name in the system and "couldn't find a room under my name" and sent that man back with my wallet. Are you kidding me? Even if i did not pay for the room there SHOULD be my name in the system as i stayed in the room. WHY would my name not be in the system??? Great job, thanks to ya i lost over 200 euros. Anyways, the rooms and food were excellent! The service other than that was decent, the bare minimum you'd expect from a hotel. Worth staying if you're sure that you wont lose or drop anything xD
When I checked in, the hotel gave me a standard room because I needed two single beds. This was quite funny. It might be that there was a deviation between the Ctrip specialist's statement and the hotel's understanding, and it was finally resolved.
The fresh air system in the room is not working, the bathroom has no exhaust function, and the window cannot be opened. So the room smells very rich after dining.
Advantages: convenient transportation, many supermarkets nearby, cheap price, simple kitchen
Disadvantages: The sanitation is not cleaned every day, and the breakfast is simple
The breakfast was a standout, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transport links. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Offenbach. I’ll definitely return!

I had a pillar in the middle of my room. This was EXTREMELY annoying getting to the bathroom
No laundry service or washing machines. Nearest mat is about a km walk
Breakfast is limited and is a nightmare after 9am
For a night or two I’d recommend this spot. For a week or more, it’s more difficult to recommend.
