It's in a convenient location.
Some rooms smell like cigarettes.
The staff are nice and welcoming.
I got to extend my stay (late checkout at 18h) at a very reasonable price. That was convenient.
Breakfast at 6:30 and 8:00 are a bit different. More selections at later hours. I don't know why.

This is a very good hotel for the price (less than €50/night).
The staff is friendly and everything is functional. Free breakfast, even though basic it was generous and a nice touch.

Cleaning could have been done slightly better, as there were a number of long hair lying around.

Also, I found it annoying that I had to keep adding the WiFi code in the browser. At the end of 2024 there surely has to be a better method than that. The internet was not always reliable and with some devices, I didn't manage to connect.

Knowing that I didn't come to this hotel for pleasure, rather for convenience and price, I still rate it 5 star.

We enjoyed our stay here. We brought our bikes and parked them in their parking area. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. We were given an accessible room, which was very quiet. The breakfast is okay, and I love the location—so close to the train station.

Reasonably priced hotel, handily located for the train station. Our room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable and the Japanese styled bathroom whilst unusual worked really well.

The Air Con in the room was delightful in the heat.

Breakfast was a little hit and miss, not sure if a large party caught them off guard but on our second morning there was a lot less choice.

Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We chose this location due to the proximity to the Frankfurt Central Station.

Pros:

- Rooms were very clean
- Breakfast included
- Bathrooms surface area was very clean
- Proximity to the Frankfurt Central Station
- Checkout was very easy. Just drop the keys off and leave
- AC was great

Cons:

- The bathroom (759) smelled of urine. I think it’s because of the floor drain
- The room dead bolt was non-functional
- The room key lost its ‘code’ several times during our one night stay
- The bathroom fan is on the outside of the bathroom. The hotel wants you to turn it on after taking shower because steam can cause smoke alarm to go off (€450 charge). Strange design
- if you don’t slam shut the door, it doesn’t close all the way. Then it’ll start beeping nonstop
- No connecting rooms for larger families

Cancellation/modification policy is very weak. I booked on the same day, only a few hours before checking in, for two nights. While on the way, my travel plans changed abruptly and had to change to one night. Once I arrived and explained the situation, I was told it was too late. I even received a message saying that I had to cancel two days ago (something completely impossible to do). Their cancellation/change policy could be improved. Maybe recommend booking one night at a time if your travel might change.

I also booked two rooms due to having small children. When checking in, the receptionist gave me rooms that were very apart from another. When requested, I was told the room next to it was not the correct ‘rate’. They adjusted once I told them that my travel changes are literally giving them free money.

Room tip: read the instructions in the bathroom for how to work the faucets. It’s not as intuitive especially if you’re not used these style.

Overall, a bit of a hassle if things aren’t going your way for the day. It’s a budget-friendly hotel but it has its downs.

Amazing hotel we stayed at with my family. Was the best for the price. They have a parking garage, good breakfast and very nice rooms with good ventilation, individual AC, and a Japanese-type programmable toilets. Also as for the service - everything was great, the hotel staff were really supportive, welcoming and quick to provide services. The only downside was the proximity of the central station and a busy bus movement in the street, so it's a bit noisy during the day, but it was quite silent at night so no problem. And proximity of the central train station is also a benefit, you have a good connection to the most parts of the city.

Very nice! Clean, very clean. Slept well. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Stayed only one night. Certainly will return if staying in Frankfurt.

Stayed at Toyoko Inn, Frankfurt for 2 nights. Great value hotel especially for the price we paid! The hotel is just 5 minutes on foot from the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, great for travelers. The room is a bit small especially if you compare it to hotel rooms in Asia but I guess it is the standard for hotel rooms in Europe and it suited our needs anyway. Keep in mind that you need to turn on the exhaust fan when using the bathroom otherwise the steam will trigger the smoke alarm and you’ll be fined 450 euros.

Your room also comes with a great breakfast buffet with rice and miso soup (for all the Asian travelers 😉
