Definitely good for this price 👍
The hotel looks a bit more suitable for young people, but we still felt quite comfortable. Nice lobby, workstations, “fun-zone” with board games, bar with the usual “bar” prices. No tea/coffee maker in the room, but hot water is available 24/7 and free in the lobby.
There is no closet in the room, only 3 hangers which is clearly not enough for two people, no table except for a small folding table.
The room was quite dusty, probably because no one had stayed in this particular room for a long time. The towels were clean, but still smelled a bit like they had been put in the room a few weeks ago. The room has a Smart TV which allows you to plug in your gadgets and enjoy your favorite content or music.
The location is absolutely perfect to explore the city center and yet quiet enough to sleep at night with the window open without using the air conditioning. The air conditioning worked well by the way, but it's nice that you can still choose to sleep with the window open.
Close to many places to eat, shopping street 2 minutes walk, old town center 5-7 minutes walk, river 10-12 minutes walk.
I can recommend this place as good for a reasonable price.

Very mixed feelings for this hotel. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was not. Only one person can fit at a time. The room has AC but it barely helps. The bed was very hard. Staff seemed bothered to be working. Whenever I checked in, I was just handed a room key and that was it. Was given no information about parking, breakfast, the free welcome drink or even told “enjoy your stay.” Parking is its own nightmare, avoid it completely. Big spaces but financially a nightmare.

The room was a good size, and had a nicely done up bathroom. Bar 24/7, service was ok at midnight but great at the more sociable hours we used it (particularly for checking in and out). Didn't get a breakfast from here. The room was pleasantly quiet, even with a bubbly social area - good for couples, groups and solo travellers.
Highlight of here was realising it's brilliantly located - it's minutes away from an S train that takes you directly to the airport, or to Frankfurt's main station, where you can then transfer. There was also at least 2 bakeries nearby, plenty of evening eateries and a 30 minute walk (max) from most Frankfurt tourist attractions.
Overall would recommend, and if I return to Frankfurt this will be my 1st choice in hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent—right in the city centre. If you love shopping, it’s super convenient with a shopping mall right next to the hotel and the main shopping street just a short walk away. It’s also only a few minutes from the subway, which makes getting around really easy.
The best part is the value you get for such a central location—it’s hard to beat. The breakfast was decent, no complaints there. My only issue was that the room wasn’t spotless; there were some visible stains here and there. But overall, it was still fairly clean and comfortable, and considering the price and location, I think it’s acceptable.

The room is comfortable. Enough bed is sufficient. Hotel is quiet enough and shower was warm. However, it only gets a three because in an effort to be Chic they have removed all phones from the rooms which is a real problem. If you are a foreign traveler as many people who stay at this hotel are based on the people we met and you don't want to have to go down to the front desk every time you need something or make a international phone call.
The staff was nice enough however arguably incredibly unintentive based on the fact that to get something for the room that was a basic item, took three visits to the front desk and an hour and a half. Which made the phone or lack thereof. Even more frustrating. Overall solid stay but with changes needed

Hotel right in the nice area of the Frankfurt city centre. Nicely designed interior. Rooms are not very big, but quite functional and the bed is comfy. Breakfast very simple, but fresh, so I was quite satisfied as well. Super friendly staff at the reception. Overall a nice place to stay in Frankfurt.

Surroundings are a disaster. Lots of homeless people sleeping right outside the hotel. Hotel doesn't seem to bother at all

This hotel is in the city center and few meters from the shopping mall of My Ziel, staff are great, the room is small of size and comfortable, the hotel has inside yard which is great fir having breakfast

It’s impossible to contact them. I just need invoice for my stay and can’t reach out. Email address is not publicly available and If you call the number they provided it just hangs up after automated message. I managed to contact them after days of trying through the phone line for new bookings. They finally sent me an invoice, but with the wrong company name on it.
I asked to correct the info 5 days ago and still no response. They just don’t care anymore about you after you paid.
