Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well.
Not a good experience for him.
Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am.
Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.
I honestly don’t know where to begin, but one thing is clear: this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
No Mini Fridge: The lack of a basic mini fridge in the room is unacceptable.
No Complimentary Water: Not offering even a bottle of water upon arrival is a poor first impression.
No Slippers: Another missing essential that made the stay uncomfortable.
Broken Elevator: One of the elevators only goes down to the lower floor. If you’re staying during a busy period, expect to wait in line for the elevator.
Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast selection was minimal, and the area was so cramped that it was hard to get anything without bumping into someone.
Poor Cleanliness: The rooms didn’t feel clean at all, as everything was dusty.
Privacy Violation: This was the most disturbing issue. While I was in my room, a “male” staff member knocked only once and then entered without waiting. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable.
This experience was truly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
