I would start with mentioning that the hotel offers great value for money. Rooms are big, clean and warm (we were there in the winter). Great location if you have business in the exhibition center also not so bad for the city center either, but you need to use either public transport or a car. We got a very nice surprise when the hotel prepared an extra bed for our small daughter, which we all appreciated a lot. Breakfast is decent, however it is all in a very small and closed area and it is very uncomfortable and difficult for everyone to get their food. It was particularly difficult for older guests, especially those who needed some aid for walking. Another good thing is that there is a big shopping mall close to the hotel as well as some restaurants. All in all I would recommend the hotel and visit it again.

A Huge Disappointment
I honestly don’t know where to begin, but one thing is clear: this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
No Mini Fridge: The lack of a basic mini fridge in the room is unacceptable.
No Complimentary Water: Not offering even a bottle of water upon arrival is a poor first impression.
No Slippers: Another missing essential that made the stay uncomfortable.
Broken Elevator: One of the elevators only goes down to the lower floor. If you’re staying during a busy period, expect to wait in line for the elevator.
Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast selection was minimal, and the area was so cramped that it was hard to get anything without bumping into someone.
Poor Cleanliness: The rooms didn’t feel clean at all, as everything was dusty.
Privacy Violation: This was the most disturbing issue. While I was in my room, a “male” staff member knocked only once and then entered without waiting. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable.
This experience was truly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are okay but your bathroom and cupboard sliding door are on the same single sliding profile thus there is a gap which is totally imperfect and unacceptable. Moreover, the sound and foul smell will spread into the rooms. So kindly request to separate the doors bravely. Breakfast was good and healthy. Best wishes

Friendly staff and very accommodating, breakfast included and with a variety of options. Some furniture needs replacing or attention to detail. All clean but for instance the sofa looked like it had been stumped by an elephant, no form on the rest whatsoever, bed comfortable but the base a little too noisy, and noise isolation from the window is good, but from neighbouring rooms is not great.

I had a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Frankfurt, located conveniently at Europaallee 46. The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. The central location, close to the main train station and local attractions, was very convenient for exploring the city.
The breakfast buffet was good, offering a decent variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience positive.
The only minor drawback was that the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger at times. However, these were small inconveniences and didn’t take away from the overall comfort and quality of the stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

A great hotel from the Hilton brand located perfectly just behind the convention center also in walking distance is the sky Mall and public transportation includes a bus stop right outside the lobby door and trim and Metro stations in a five to ten minutes walking distance.
The staff is really welcoming and nice trying to be helpful in every request. We came well before 3pm and still they were able to check us into our rooms.
There is an underground garage that is connected directly to the hotel, for 19 euros per day you can come and go as you want.
Rooms are nice and spacious for two and there is an option for a third in the room.
Breakfast was included and was good enough to start the day. Everything was fresh and clean.

I would say it's a perfect hotel. Peaceful location, pretty quiet, rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and polite, they speak German and English. One of them is actually so polite, professional and sweet that I almost fell in love, I think her name was Ellham or something like that 😋 So to sum it up, we will definitely be coming back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends in Munich.

Fantastic hotel, and friendly staff. Clean rooms, and spacious by European standards.
The bed was very firm, which comes down to personal preference. There is no fridge in the room, in case that's important to you.
I'd happily stay again, especially for the proximity to the main train station.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast with lots of hot items (eggs, meat, bread, fruit/yogurt, make your own waffles). Good sized rooms for Germany. All very clean. And decent gym with two treadmills, an elliptical, two bikes, weight rack, and smith machine. And great price.

Nice hotel. We booked a room for three adults (couple and adult daughter). When we arrived the sofa bed was already made up - nice touch. Room was nice and clean, and updated. Bed is firm & sofa bed has a bar in the middle. Good shower and decent sized bathroom. Great internet speed - tested at 177 down/2.24 up.) Hotel breakfast is very good with a good selection and a great coffee maker. (Busy, but we went at the times posted as busy.) The location is right next to the mall where there are lots of food options. Other restaurants very close by. There is some street noise even with windows closed and our room was a little warm but overall it was very comfortable for our stay. Overall very good stay for our short trip to Frankfurt!
