I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a really bad time. When we arrived, we saw blood stains on the blankets and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to ask the manager to clean them, but the manager was useless. The reception staff were unhelpful when it came to addressing our concerns. When we booked the hotel, we specifically asked about the air conditioner working in the rooms, and they assured us that it was working. However, for the entire 5 days, we suffered in the hot weather as the air conditioner was not functioning. Despite our requests for it to be repaired, they didn't take our complaints seriously and simply asked us to open the window, but the room was so poorly designed that there was no airflow. I tried to explain the situation, but ultimately, I had to raise my voice to get them to provide a room cooler, which only happened after 3 days, and it didn't work properly. This was the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had, and it's clear that they don't care about their guests at all. Additionally, the cleaners didn't show up for 2 days to clean the room. I strongly advise everyone not to stay in this hotel. The staff and manager were completely useless!!!

Ideally located close to the central station, but just far enough away to be quieter than most streets. Rooms were basic but clean and tidy. Good value if all you need is a cheap place to stay.

I was happy to stay in the location but my initial "greeting" was so bad I would have cancelled if I could. Maybe some staff need to travel themselves to understand what good customer service really is because it didn't apply in my case at this hotel. There was absolutely no hospitality at all despite my attempts to smile and be friendly. Lights in the hallway don't come on until you are well outside the elevator and go off quickly so you are standing in the pitch black. Mattresses on the beds sunk as they need replacing. Room was clean and next door to the Flixbus station which was the only reason I chose this hotel. I wouldn't stay again.

It’s just a few steps walking distance from the Frankfurt station. It’s budget hotel with basic facilities. If you’re alone or on a business trip then one night stay is fine.

Although the room could be better maintained, I considered this accommodation really as a great value for the money. There was an electric kettle with tea and coffee for free in the room. Also, the breakfast was good.

On a tiring evening after a long journey, my friend and I encountered an unacceptable situation while attempting to check in. The malfunction of your establishment's machine created utter chaos. Despite our repeated attempts to alert your staff about the possibility of a double swipe, the untrained employee insisted that only one transaction had occurred.
However, upon subsequent investigation, it was evident that we were indeed charged twice. Despite our efforts to communicate and clarify this issue with your establishment, we were left deeply disappointed by the lack of proactive resolution. This has not only inconvenienced us but has also raised serious doubts about the quality of service provided.
We sincerely hope that your establishment will take this matter seriously and promptly prioritize rectifying this erroneous double charge. We eagerly await your proactive response and an effective solution to resolve the inconvenience and distress caused by this incident.

After the manager arrived we finally received a credit card receipt and to our dismay it only reflected one transaction. I immediately brought it to the manager's attention that we had tried to swipe our card twice due to initial difficulties with the front desk staff. But the front desk staff insisted that only one transaction had occurred.
To our surprise, after checking our bank statement, it was clear that we had indeed been charged twice for the stay (we have sent messages via email and booking.com requesting a refund and have yet to receive a positive response).
In addition, the room was very old and had a strong musty smell. The lamp next to the bed doesn't even have a light bulb.

Stayed here for three nights. Good value for money and location is ideal, next to Hauptbahnhof.
Parking is available at 15 euros/night. Hotel and rooms are basic, which is good enough when you are spending the day in the city anyway.
Rooms and bathroom are clean and beds are comfortable albeit a bit sagging. Unfortunately it is not possible to completely black out the rooms with the curtains.
Breakfast is decent.

Very well located hotel. All the sights, restaurants and happening places are in walking distance. The stuff is friendly and the rooms are clean and air conditioned. You won’t find a Hotel like this for a better price. Will definitely book again at my next visit!
