It was a very good experience to stay here. Neat and clean, friendly reception , worth your money.

It stands out the incredible people working here, with wonderful customer service and extremely willing to help.
My personal experience is a special one since I arrived here because I lost my connecting flight.
I choose the hotel for it's proximity to the airport.
When I arrived to the hotel I had 30 hours without sleep after having a very long trip from South America. I quickly made a reservation but I made a mistake with the dates.
When i arrived to the hotel the girl working at reception was very nice, and although i didn't actually have reservation for the night she made everything in her power to help me especially in a very busy time in Frankfurt.
She heard my story and understood that i was extremely tired and desperate, she offered me a room and even made me a discount since the prices were higher than i could afford.
I am extremely grateful for the receptionist working here.
I congratulate the management for the excellent selection of their staff!

A great hotel with tidy and simplistic rooms! I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. It left a really good impression! I am definitely recommending and would visit again if im headed to Frankfurt again :))

Not super central, but I was looking for something that was part way between the city centre and the airport due to having limited time in the city and an early flight to catch. It’s located in a neighbour hood with easy access to a train station and has lots of small restaurants and cafes in the area.

The room has just the basics of what you need and is nothing fancy. The room was clean and was fairly quiet. Staff was also available at the front desk 24/7 as well.

This hotel is located very close to Frankfurt Intermountain Airport. Hence super convenient. A budget hotel.

Rooms are very small and no air conditioning. If you open window, will hear noise from outside. Shower cabin is very tiny as well.

Restaurant closes early for dinner, even before 20.30!

Service is ok not extra ordinary. Staff speak broken English. But perfect for one night due to location.

The hotel is relatively basic. The rooms and the bathroom are small, but it's fine for a single person. I was there for three nights, during which time the room was cleaned regularly. The staff is responsive and most of them also speak Russian. The location of the hotel is very good with convenient public transport to the airport and the central part of the city. Nearby there are shops, cafes, pizzeria, düner kebab. I'm satisfied and would stay again if alone.

It's a very basic Hotel. The bed is comfortable, they have old style radiator Heating, they also have a heated towel rack to help dry off and warm up the towels while you're taking a shower. There is a refrigerator in the room and the open window in the fall keeps it a good temperature. The shower is pretty small with a corner style opening and a larger person would have a very difficult time getting in and out. Also it is very difficult to try and squat down to pick up something as there's not much room in the shower itself.
