Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation . Location is perfect, right in the city centre and next to Nuremberg central train station. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious . Breakfast is excellent too. 100% a great stay.

Leonardo Hotels first ignored my request not to cancel the booking, and then ignored my attempt to reschedule when I explained I had a family emergency. The lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. Definitely not the professionalism you’d expect from a hotel chain.

While I was staying at your wonderful hotel until a week ago, I asked a receptionist to keep a plastic bag of 11 packages of cheese in the hotel's refrigerator, because there is no place to keep them cool in guest's rooms. Right before I leave there, I received the bag. After I left there, however, it turned out that two packages of my cheese are missing from the bag. Maybe, when the receptionist took the bag out of the fridge and gave it back to me, the cheese accidentally slipped off the bag, and left in the fridge. Even if this is correct and they are still in your fridge, I've already left the city and can't pick them up. I really want them as a souvenir for my family and friends, but it is not possible, so, now I want to let you know that you can consume them.
Preferably, a small fridge will be installed in each guest's room, so that that kind of trouble won't happen again.
The receptionists are all kind and friendly, and are well-ready to respond any kind of requests from the guests. The room is clean enough, and a complimentary bottle of water is also nice. Unfortunately, the chair often makes terrible noise everytime you move while sitting, and this kind of noise from neighboring rooms can be heard which might make you feel annoyed.

Their reception is very friendly and within 5 minutes they assign you a room and other necessary items during check-in, their rooms are good and their service is good. The area of the restaurant is fantastic. The only drawback is the location if we look at every detail, such as the view.

The neighborhood is going through changes but very safe. The hotel has been updated and the rooms are very modern. Short walk from the train station as well as old Nuremberg.

There is only one thing we didn't like: no air conditioning in the room. It was really hot outside, so it was a problem for us.

I had a reservation from 20jun to 22jun which I made after my stay at Leonardo Olympiapark in München. When I arrived they asked me to pay on the spot, this surprised me as in the other Leonardo hotel I paid the day before my depart, even when my reservation was guaranteed with my credit card details. Once in my room I noticed there was no air conditioning, not even installed and the temperature was 33 degrees inside. I went down to reception and they told me that the airconditioning was not working temporarily because of some kind of reparations, I do not believe it since there was no airconditioning exit or controls at all in the room and some workers were dismantling large chunks of walls and bricks. After some discussion at reception they offered me a room in the other Leonardo hotel for double price. After the recepcionists were urging me to make a decission I asked for my money back, luckily they refunded it to me. I said goodbye to the lady, and she was most probably burnout because of all guests were complaining about the ruinous state of this so called hotel. I am attaching also some photos of the neighbourhood. I will cancel my Leonardo membership inmediately. Would like to tell the staff at the front that I am sorry that they have to face those situations because of the management lack of insight.

They have 24/7 front desk and the service is good. No air conditioner in the room but there is a small fan for use. There is also free sparkling water for the guests.

Very nice hotel, all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good location near the steinbuhl train station.
Clean rooms, big enough, fresh towels daily are no problem.
Nothing bad to tell, all went good and I loved the stay.

The location is great. Very close to the U Bahn station. Staff is very helpful. The bed is also comfortable. But outside window is kind of noisy, there were people fighting. The shower is quite crowded and easy to get water on the floor.
