Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful

They all speak English (some better than others) and provide great advice for travelers not native to Germany. 4/5 Room - Room is very clean and, in an appropriately German way, supplying the basics without much flair

I stayed here in December to visit the Christmas market in Nuremberg. The hotel is not too close to the S-Bahn station, around 5-8 min walking distance away. The street is quite dark and quiet during night time

There are two seating areas available to have meals and do some work, which I find very well. They also provide two bottles of water and two bottles of beer complimentary everyday

There's also a Lidl supermarket behind the hotel, but they don't open on Sundays. Overall a very comfortable stay, with a nice bed and good heating & ventilation system

Nice rooms with all we needed provided. We loved it and would definitely use this place again next time we visit Nuremberg

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice. It’s a standard hotel that provides everything you need. The location is perfect, with the U-Bahn station just 1 minute away and the bus station equally close

Location: 5 Sterne Frühstück: 5 Sterne staffs are super polite and service is top. Only one of the lamps had no 💡 . But it was in general very good

It was nice that it was spacious. There was a carp in the lobby. I could see the park from the window of the room. It seems that there is a supermarket nearby, but we I couldn't go on Sunday when I stayed.

Service is excellent (for any small necessity needs), breakfast choices are many inside of the Hotel (basics with coffee, bread (brothchen and croissants), eggs, fresh jogurt, Nutella/Honey/Jam

When we stayed our room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs even stayed open a little past closing for my wife, a friend and I to have a few drinks

Bartender knew his stuff and was a joy to talk with. Close to attractions and easy walking to everything including a nearby parking garage!

The superior room was very large for a European hotel room. The pool was nice for a January visit. €20/day for parking, but also right next to train station if you come by train. Rates were great for the value provided

Indoor pool is more for adults than kids because it is 5ft deep all over, but it was clean with great facilities. I would consider going back for the location and breakfast

I woke up startled and asked them to come back later the next day which they never did. I wanted to make coffee the next day and the machine was dirty and had old water and coffee in it still from the previous stay

I stayed here with my seven year old son. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was beautifully cared for. Our room was comfortable and clean. The pool was great and my son loved being there

There could be some improvement on the bathroom amenities, ie better quality towels and refilling of hand was and cream, etc Breakfast was outstanding even though the hotel was fully booked

Because that's the same as a double bed. :( It's like ordering baked potatoes in a restaurant and instead being served fried chips on the grounds that they're made from potatoes. So I lost points for the service

I just thought it was a shame when I checked in that, despite having booked a double bed, I was given a room with two single beds on the grounds that I could push the two beds together to make one

The hotel has a chic restaurant "Nitribiz" , the kitchen is great , there is a Russian-speaking employee in the kitchen that can come to the table if necessary, and recommend dishes to work as a translator and to follow the best impact and present a compliment from the institution???So ask the waiter to invite the girl from the kitchen ?

I know it's right next to the red light district, but it's STILL so classy! Not that there's anything wrong with the red light district - work is work - I only mean to point out that it's not classy for a hotel in the red light district, it's classy, PERIOD

Nice hotel with very good accessibility. Rooms spacious and clean. The entrance to the carpark is very narrow. the red light district is after the car park but if you are not venturing there we were not bothered at all

Very reasonable price. The location is in the city centre. It is easy to walk around the city.

The service here is 5 stars. Esperanca (at the front desk) and Sabine (waitress) have made this trip an incredible experience for me. Very friendly, attentive, and kind personnel. Would absolutely come here again!

The Sheraton Carlton is a well kept property and the staff was wonderful. I was placed in an executive room which was very large and had extra amenities. The hotel is also located very close to the train station

The hotel is right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. Getting to the Old Town from the hotel is also very easy

I had a 6AM flight and decided to sleep there instead of in the city and the hotel is clean and bar is nice but the best thing is when going to the airport: you just cross the street! Between the time I left my room and I was in front my gate was 15 minutes!

We wanted to stay close to the airport since we had an early flight. This location was perfect and allowed us to not have the hassle of getting transportation in the morning to the airport

Great hotel, located right in front of the airport terminal, metro and bus station. The room is spacious and quiet during day and night. The bed is very comfortable, our bed even had an adjustable mattress

The staff was very friendly and helpful as well in terms of getting us directions to the subway system and giving advice on things for downtown Nuremberg

Fitting two adults into such a narrow bed is simply outrageous. I had contacted the hotel beforehand to request that the room not be directly next to the elevator. And yet, I was given a room right next to the elevator

A good night's sleep is important to me. We booked a double room for two people. The room was very nice, but the bed was 1. Normally, this would be suitable for one person or an adult and a child

Good room, quite small but fit well. GYM is very small and 1 defected equipment. Also outdoor Swimmingpool is not good, because it is always not accessible in Winter time in Germany

During normal days, I’m fine with it, but after a long day, it was a bit disturbing. - There was no water dispenser at lobby. Normally I’d expect to get cooling sparkling water whenever at hotel

The first time it does not work for me at elevator; the second time encountering renovation so we needed to change key; the third time I found it required a „special“ angle to detect the key

We stayed in the "Double room Anno 1552” in a 16th century half-timbered house directly adjacent to the main hotel. The room itself was very modern and comfortable and it had so much character and a great feel about it

We had originally only booked six nights here and had planned to try a different hotel, but we liked the Hotel am Jakobsmarkt so much that we stayed for the duration of our time in Nurnberg

And one of the best German restaurants in the city - Historische Bratwurstküche Zum gulden Stern - was two doors down. The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly

It was a close walk to all of the main sites and attractions in the old town, and there was a nearby metro station, grocery stores, and cafes

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and it was very, very quiet. It had a desk and a mini refrigerator

A wonderful experience on the Sorat Hotel Saxx, located in the same square as the beautiful fountain. It's a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ hotel but is very very comfortable the rooms and the views are amazing

Decent amount of space for our large bags, spotlessly clean, and shower doors that completely close around the shower (a rarity for much of this part of Europe)
