Reviews
Fortunately, another receptionist and a staff member from the laundry room were more helpful, but our overall experience was marred by the first receptionist's poor service.
The room was impeccably clean but little small in size but manageable and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The modern amenities and thoughtful touches made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, with fresh, delicious options catering to every taste. It was a great way to start each day.
If you’re a health freak, you can hit gym and sauna. Spacious and fully equipped. They have yoga mat too.
The hotel's location is another significant advantage. Situated near the city center and close to public transport, it made getting around Nuremberg incredibly convenient. Whether I was heading to a business meeting or exploring local attractions, everything was easily accessible.
Overall, my stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Nuremberg was fantastic. The friendly staff, spotless rooms, delightful breakfast, and prime location made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuremberg.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of the train. There were also restaurants nearby.
We spent three nights in this overpriced hotel. Here, I share some facts (not opinions)....:
1. We were given the worst room in the whole hotel (#100, second floor, right next to the elevators). Very noisy room. Trams start running around 5:30 am. When we asked for a change, we were refused in a very unpolite manner.
2. The equipment in the rooms is quite basic. You won't even find a mini fridge.
3. Parking is notoriously insufficient considering the number of rooms in the hotel. If you are lucky enough to find one of the narrow spaces, you will be charged 20 EUR/night.
4. On one of the days of our stay, a service truck came to pick up some kind of sewage (fats separator liquid). At that time, a sweet smell of s__t flooded the whole breakfast area.
5. There is no catering service at all. You can't even order a simple sandwich. Near the reception there are two vending machines, but they are empty and with a sign that says "out of service". I have been told that this sign has been there for quite a few months.
Minor things were missing, like a full-size mirror in the room, and the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser is very annoying as you get the soap all over you but not in your hand., and towels are very small. As mentioned, minor things.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
My flight was after my check out time and they were able to hold my luggage in their storage room. I also left my pair of expensive Sony headphones, and the staff were kind enough to ship them back to the US for me.
If you want high quality service and a nice comfortable place to stay, then I highly recommend this hotel!
