It's really a good hotel to say. Staff is user-friendly, and reception was very helpful. Had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was really very good, a lot of varieties to eat. I will book the hotel again if I am in a nuremberg visit.

Had gone for the Nuremberg fair in Jan. The service was commendable, there is no porter service to the room though. Close to the train station and bus station. 15 mins from old town and most locations Breakfast was a really good spread. Room was clean, the towels aren't replaced daily unless you ask them. Room doesn't have an AC so can get hot. Not sure if other rooms come with AC though.

Stayed one night in family room, double bed with one sofa bed. Room is ok, AC is available, no safe box, no coffee or tea or kettle in room, but available in the lobby. Many tv channels are not showing/working. Bathroom is ok, but shower drainer is aweful dirty, clogged up with so much hair that causes water not drain properly during shower. What to say about business hotel in close distance to Playmobil park? They offer self serve breakfasts and dinners with huge selection, although dinners aren't best. You can survive it for once a year

Very nice hotel with ac and a pool. I stayed just one night to relax after traveling, the staff was very helpful. It's not far from the Train station, super comfy bed and the pool was fun. As a single traveller, I really like this hotel. Easy access, comfortable little lounge/bar where I felt comfortable sitting alone. We had an excellent stay in the royal suite which we got as an upgrade from the junior suite that I booked. I stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice. It’s a standard hotel that provides everything you need. The location is perfect, with the U-Bahn station just 1 minute away and the bus station equally close. It’s an awesome choice for short-term accommodation.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever visited for 100€ The hotel has parking, looks fresh, the room (standard room) had; mini bar, safe, desk, chair, sofa, big tv, art, cabinette for cloths, hair dryer, full tile bathroom with make up lighted mirror, rain forrest shower, full series with Rituals soap/shampoo/shower foam. Gluten free options on the menu. Pool, bar and what not. 10/10

It's the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and kept up to date. Only negative is paying for car parking is still not great as a guest staying 4 nights.

The standard hotel in Nuremberg is located in priportovoj area and not a noisy place. If you are planning a trip to Nuremberg, please note the possibility of holding exhibitions in the city, as all hotels they immediately raise prices for accommodation. The service is good, although the rooms are not large, even a small one. Wi Fi from the hotel, but is operator - free.

Large modern rooms with friendly staff. One big minus is the lack of access to HMDI. Our LG TV has HDMI in the back and it was not possible to reach that one. Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. You can park behind the Esso station and not get charged, thats the highlight! Otherwise the room was clean. Staff did not bother to tell us that breakfast was included. Not the staffs fault but hot water and heat was out most of one morning. It's not a Mercure we are accustomed to too.

Great location close in the city centre. Very nice and newly refurbished rooms. Kind people at the desk. However, breakfasts staff was almost rude, all three ladies. This kind of behaviour should be avoided in such hotel.

I know it's right next to the red light district, but it's STILL so classy! Not that there's anything wrong with the red light district - work is work - I only mean to point out that it's not classy for a hotel in the red light district, it's classy, PERIOD. Awesome staff, awesome food, and awesome accommodations! I'd stay again in a heartbeat, no question.

Very good hotel. We stay here all the time. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices. Large room, great bed. The location is super, close to shops and fairs. I recommend.

The hotel has a chic restaurant "Nitribiz" , the kitchen is great , there is a Russian-speaking employee in the kitchen that can come to the table if necessary, and recommend dishes to work as a translator and to follow the best impact and present a compliment from the institution???So ask the waiter to invite the girl from the kitchen ?

It's 5 stars for a Holiday Inn and in a convenient location. Just 400 yards (meters) from Plarrer station which connects to the airport or main train station. The staff are excellent and very attentive. The Gym has a very nice sauna but lacking some good machines and free weights. There are some cardio machines.
