It's really a good hotel to say. Staff is user-friendly, and reception was very helpful. Had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was really very good, a lot of varieties to eat. I will book the hotel again if I am in a nuremberg visit.

Had gone for the Nuremberg fair in Jan. The service was commendable, there is no porter service to the room though. Close to the train station and bus station. 15 mins from old town and most locations Breakfast was a really good spread. Room was clean, the towels aren't replaced daily unless you ask them. Room doesn't have an AC so can get hot. Not sure if other rooms come with AC though.

Stayed one night in family room, double bed with one sofa bed. Room is ok, AC is available, no safe box, no coffee or tea or kettle in room, but available in the lobby. Many tv channels are not showing/working. Bathroom is ok, but shower drainer is aweful dirty, clogged up with so much hair that causes water not drain properly during shower. What to say about business hotel in close distance to Playmobil park? They offer self serve breakfasts and dinners with huge selection, although dinners aren't best. You can survive it for once a year

We had an excellent stay in the royal suite which we got as an upgrade from the junior suite that I booked. We had a nice in room dinner and a good night in a good comfortable bed which is extremely important to me. In the morning we a nice breakfast at the breakfast buffet. Locating, location, location! We travelled by train from Cologne and was so happy to have the hotel so close to the station. Easy walk to old town and also transport for going to Rally ground etc. Online check in meant it took maybe 2 mins to get the keys etc. Building looks brand new? Very happy with our stay.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very new with many breakfast options. The staff at the reception counter are extremely friendly and also helped us with some issues. We had some issues during check out but it only took 5 minutes for it to be resolved. The hallways are very clean and quiet. I stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice. It’s a standard hotel that provides everything you need. The location is perfect, with the U-Bahn station just 1 minute away and the bus station equally close. It’s an awesome choice for short-term accommodation.

As a single traveller, I really like this hotel. Easy access, comfortable little lounge/bar where I felt comfortable sitting alone. Staff very good - they helped with my luggage and when they realised the room was a good walk from the lift they changed it to a more accessible room, without being asked.

Clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet, but understaff (lot of guests when we were there). Not enough places in the parking, so if you arrive late it can be really tricky to find a free spot. A bit far from center and because of construction work it was hard to get around with the u-bahn.

Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. This hotel Is in a very good position. In 20-25 minutes you can reach the downtown in Nurnberg and in 15 minutes you can reach - walking - the fair. This is by far the best hotel I have ever visited for 100€ The hotel has parking, looks fresh, the room (standard room) had; mini bar, safe, desk, chair, sofa, big tv, art, cabinette for cloths, hair dryer, full tile bathroom with make up lighted mirror, rain forrest shower, full series with Rituals soap/shampoo/shower foam. Gluten free options on the menu. Pool, bar and what not. 10/10

It's the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and kept up to date. Only negative is paying for car parking is still not great as a guest staying 4 nights.

Location is perfect, the hotel is at the beautiful part of center, directlly at the castle. The facilities are old, still using the key to lock and unlock. If not for the excellent service and location, I think calling this a 4-star hotel is a bit of a stretch. Comparable to a basic Marriott in accommodations, this hotel offers simple curated rooms and an underwhelming design given the prices. Booking a suite does not include a complimentary minibar either, a first for us in Germany, and a disappointing find at check out. This does not meet the threshold...

The location was perfect, the rooms are very nice (with a great view!!) and the breakfast is delicious. We strongly recommend this hotel

The hotel was very nice and our family room had a good amount of space with a nice layout. The breakfast was quite nice with a large selection of items. The drawback is the location is a bit of a walk (15-20m) to all the tourist locations you'll probably want to visit. On the plus side, it is very close to the train station for getting to and from the city.

Needed a place at the last minute and we were super happy to find this hotel. Friendly reception. Nice room. Location is close to the station (so lots of homeless nearby) but still very quiet in the room. Breakfast looked really expansive with many different options but we had to catch an early train and missed it.

Ok! Breakfast is a must! The rooms are a little cold. The guy from reception is the slowest receptionist ever met, but is funny. I'd a good tranzit hotel.

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff near the motorway. We really enjoyed out stay and the breakfast.

Breakfast was really nice. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Good for a night. Service is superb! The staff are really nice and generous giving our daughter free chocolates. The restaurant serves okay meals, for me, not much options though. Very welcoming, cozy and chill hotel.

It was a really nice experience. The location is very nice and quite green. There are plenty of walking tracks in the forest next to the hotel. The free parking is available.

Staff really friendly, rooms clean. They also allowed our dog and gave us nice Bio treats and a water bowl to use :) Good (& late) breakfast. The only downside was we couldn’t get the Internet to work, which is surprising in a business style hotel, but that’s not the staffs fault.

The standard hotel in Nuremberg is located in priportovoj area and not a noisy place. If you are planning a trip to Nuremberg, please note the possibility of holding exhibitions in the city, as all hotels they immediately raise prices for accommodation. The service is good, although the rooms are not large, even a small one. Wi Fi from the hotel, but is operator - free.
