Been guest here because of a cancelled flight. Nice for the category, clean and with an agreement for dinner with a Greek restaurant around the corner. They prepared a tiny breakfast for us @ 4.45 in the morning. Very gentle people.

Service is okay and everyone seems to speak English, which is welcoming for tourists. Although you seriously feel nickled and dimed for every single thing. They put bottles in your room and if you drink them you have to pay, the internet is VERY slow until you pay for "high speed" internet (which is 1mbps upload and 0.5mbps download, not exactly high speed.. and it costs 30 EURO PER 5 DAYS. Overall, the cleaning staff was a bit perfunctory. They didn't take out the trash in the room once, and didn't refill the small refrigerator with new drinks and water. I reported it to the front desk and they brought new drinks. As a result, they didn't refill it the next day. I was speechless. . .

Had gone for the Nuremberg fair in Jan. The service was commendable, there is no porter service to the room though. Close to the train station and bus station. 15 mins from old town and most locations Breakfast was a really good spread. Room was clean, the towels aren't replaced daily unless you ask them. Room doesn't have an AC so can get hot. Not sure if other rooms come with AC though.

The best part of this hotel is the location because there’s a station close by right at the corner. Other than that, it’s a basic no frills room that has everything you need. Star was the huge breakfast spread and they have enough seating available. Thankfully it’s clean and our stay was comfortable. Service is good but the wifi was unreliable.

There are no slippers in the rooms, I have been told that they ordered but still not come. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, parking area is not that big to find parking place always. Excellent spacious room! Shame no coffee and Tea making facilities! We ate out at a famous pizza restaurant just down the road called Pinocchio so didn't try the bar! Breakfast was a nightmare with not enough tables and people gathering about people to try get them to hurry up to eat!

When we stayed our room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs even stayed open a little past closing for my wife, a friend and I to have a few drinks. Bartender knew his stuff and was a joy to talk with. Close to attractions and easy walking to everything including a nearby parking garage!

The superior room was very large for a European hotel room. The pool was nice for a January visit. €20/day for parking, but also right next to train station if you come by train. Rates were great for the value provided. Ballroom was a good venue for an event with over 300 people. Staff were friendly and several languages spoken besides English and German.

Overall my stay was great, however I think there are a few things that could be better. 1. There are no locks on the room doors (like you would see in a normal hotel - none at all). Very good hotel. All is new, super modern and clean. Room was spacious with a very good bed and curtains that make the room completely dark. There was even a small kitchenette and microwave in the room, for 50€ deposit you could request some the kitchen equipment at the reception. The hotel is close to the city center and the highway, but the room is quite due to double windows.

About 20 min walk from Nuremberg Station, the road is quite easy to walk even with bigger luggage. The area is also about 20 to 30min walk to main attractions (e.g. marketplace), overall quite accessible. To note that immediately next to the hotel is a red light area, will need to take another path when walking back if avoiding the area.

The hotel was very nice and our family room had a good amount of space with a nice layout. The breakfast was quite nice with a large selection of items. The drawback is the location is a bit of a walk (15-20m) to all the tourist locations you'll probably want to visit. The rooms are very small and the bed/pillow is not the most comfortable. When I arrived I was told my room is in the 4th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 3rd so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. There was nobody from the staff available to offer some help. I think it’s overpriced because of the very central location.

I have stayed there 2 nights 3 days, The room that was given smelled strongly of paint because the hotel was under maintenance. I went to the reception and requested a change of room. I could not stay here because I have asthma. The hotel responded positively to my request.

I visited Nürnberg for business trip and stayed in this hotel. The situation is great, 12 minutes walk from Railway Station, the service was really nice and the breakfast delicious with a lot of different options. Very easy access to city center with direct subway right in front of it. Taxi can cost up to 15 euro and take long as there are many red lights and can be traffic. The breakfast is good but only until 9:30 which can be a bit tight. Staffs are nice.
