Hotel Nürnberg City Center by Leonardo Hotels in Nurnberg

Having stayed in Intercity Hotels in both Frankfurt and Budapest I expected the same level of quality in Nürnberg. This was case for location, cleanliness and breakfast. On all other items it was a disappointment. Chief among that was the lack of comfort in the outdated room (especially the bed). My complaint about that during check out was rudely and unprofessionally handeled.

We were not guests. Just came by and asked formally to use the WC 🚻

Of course, the hotel has its rights to refuse 🚫

Whereas, Germans coming to Spain and being well treated, while Spaniards in Germany are not, is not fair 🤌🏼

To be honest, I must admit I didn't hate Germany till its ¾ population made me hate it 👍🏼 💔🇩🇪

Since it is not the whole country being primitive and economicly discriminating, we exclusively write these reviews to those who in deed are so. And that is being fair to later upcoming guests, so that they know what sort of person they are going to encounter 🧐

For some reason, I didn't receive such a refusal at a Sushi bar or Italian restaurant ❤️🌍

In Germany, if you are not a hotel guest or pay 1.5 € at the train station, you cannot use the toilet 💰🚾

Please, Intercity Hotel, if reply to us, be good German and use one of your favourite "nein" or "nicht" or "kein". We will be glad to gather it in our bag with the others 💼 Such many ways of saying "no" could suggest that your language reflects you as a mirror before which a moodless and smileless man stands 🪞

This is by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had, the room was dirty and the carpets worn out, the mattress was uncomfortable with linen that felt unclean. But by far the worst thing about this hotel is the person they have working the reception, she is without a doubt the most the rude, hostile, unpleasant, and unhelpfull person i have ever had the disfortune of meeting.
Despite being in the room for less than an hour the hotel only offered to refund 10% of a weeks stay that wasnt used. This hotel feels like a scam
Avoid this place at all costs

Being as the hotel was in Germany i was
expecting the room to be on the smaller side, i do however expect the room to be clean. But of course the reception staff told you that it was the room size that was the problem, she seems happy to tell you whatever lie you need to hear to deny any sort of refund.
