Great comfortable room with plenty of space. The front desk staff were super friendly. Bed was comfy. I'd stay here again

The location was perfect for us to wake up and walk across to catch our flight. Breakfast was great with many options. Bed was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and conveniently located.

As a single traveller, I really like this hotel. Easy access, comfortable little lounge/bar where I felt comfortable sitting alone. Staff very good - they helped with my luggage and when they realised the room was a good walk from the lift they changed it to a more accessible room, without being asked.

We just needed the place for one night because we flew out the next day but the workers and room was excellent! Usually I’m pretty uncomfortable on hotels because I like the comfort of my own bed but they rooms were cleaned great and the beds was very comfortable ☺️

Absolutely a wonderful stay. I sincerely thank your night manager, reception manager and all the staff that I met, that were welcoming, helpful and had a positive attitude. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine in my room. It was also nice to find a bathrobe and some non-alcoholic drinks. Very nice hotel close to everything, including the main train station. The staff here is fantastic and were awesome to work with. Breakfast, room service, and lounge access were great. Highly recommend for English speaking guests as well…but it’s Germany, most people we run into speak much better English than we speak German.

The rooms are neat and clean but a bit too small. Friendly receptionist eager to help. Well located and only a short walk away from the tram and train stations. We had an excellent stay in the royal suite which we got as an upgrade from the junior suite that I booked. We had a nice in room dinner and a good night in a good comfortable bed which is extremely important to me. In the morning we a nice breakfast at the breakfast buffet. Locating, location, location! We travelled by train from Cologne and was so happy to have the hotel so close to the station. Easy walk to old town and also transport for going to Rally ground etc. Online check in meant it took maybe 2 mins to get the keys etc. Building looks brand new? Very happy with our stay.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very new with many breakfast options. The staff at the reception counter are extremely friendly and also helped us with some issues. We had some issues during check out but it only took 5 minutes for it to be resolved. The hallways are very clean and quiet. Nice hotel reasonably located for aldstat and train station and airport. just €3.20 on tube to Platter station then 6min walk. Check-in was rather tedious as even at 21.45 there were 6 check-ins ! Bedroom did not really meet our expextations, a 2 person bed for example appeared to be 2 single person beds. Breakfast was very good. Local Thai restaurant recommended.

Well placed hotel on the outskirts of Nuremberg. Clean rooms and staff are extremely helpful. No restaurant for an evening meal but there are some restaurants close by that cater for most palates. Reasonably priced and a good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was very nice and our family room had a good amount of space with a nice layout. The breakfast was quite nice with a large selection of items. The drawback is the location is a bit of a walk (15-20m) to all the tourist locations you'll probably want to visit. On the plus side, it is very close to the train station for getting to and from the city.

Needed a place at the last minute and we were super happy to find this hotel. Friendly reception. Nice room. Location is close to the station (so lots of homeless nearby) but still very quiet in the room. My wife and I were just passing through and we stayed one night at this hotel. While we were overly fond of the rooms, we thought the water in the pool was too cold. We also felt that 25€ per person for breakfast was a bit steep of a price. Otherwise, the service from the staff was nice.

Very nice business hotel outside city centre but very close to the U Bahn station. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Bathroom also clean. Nice touch with Dallymar coffee. Be aware for breakfast. During Covid measures there could be a waiting time because limited number of people is allowed to enter the breakfast room. Also, balconies are empty and without chairs.

The hotel is very well located, in the center, close to tourist attractions. Room was comfortable, quiet ans clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. In the room was a coffee capsule machine, it is a plus. Breakfast varied and tasty. Ample parking for many cars. I recommend.

This hotel Is in a very good position. In 20-25 minutes you can reach the downtown in Nurnberg and in 15 minutes you can reach - walking - the fair. This is by far the best hotel I have ever visited for 100€ The hotel has parking, looks fresh, the room (standard room) had; mini bar, safe, desk, chair, sofa, big tv, art, cabinette for cloths, hair dryer, full tile bathroom with make up lighted mirror, rain forrest shower, full series with Rituals soap/shampoo/shower foam. Gluten free options on the menu. Pool, bar and what not. 10/10

It's the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and kept up to date. Only negative is paying for car parking is still not great as a guest staying 4 nights.

Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. This is a lovely hotel, and we really enjoyed our super short one night there. I appreciated the simple minimalism, and the super high quality of the amenities, the facilities and the entire place. No detail was left overlooked in creating a comfortable and appealing space.

Great hotel at the top of the city. A very short walk to just about everything you could want to see. Rooms are large and comfortable as well as a small mini bar. Nice room, not too big but enough for two people. We'd requested a double bed but got two single ones instead. Also, the mattress was too soft and thin for my taste.
