We had a great stay at the Karl August Hotel. The people were very friendly and the service was amazing. The rooms were modern and fit our needs. The breakfast each morning was delicious AND we had a great view of the river. The location was centrally located which was perfect. Overall, we had a great experience.

I really liked the architecture and rooms. The lobby is specious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location in the city center and river is also great. The breakfast was also good. It was nice to be served at table, instead of a buffet. I must return once more to try the pool and spa.

Great place to stay. Had a junior suite with balcony above the river. Location in the old town center. Two places to park nearby. Pool Sauna and Gym are outstanding and have a great view. Travelled with dog all was prepared incl. dog treats so nice.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel.

Remotely located from Fuerth and the highway, the hotel is in the middle of a forest. Not ideal for getting around, but great for hikes and corporate conferences. It's also very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, the place is too rustic and needs a refresh. Rooms are clean and spacious, good selection at the breakfast buffet.

My wife and I were just passing through and we stayed one night at this hotel. While we were overly fond of the rooms, we thought the water in the pool was too cold. We also felt that 25€ per person for breakfast was a bit steep of a price. Otherwise, the service from the staff was nice.

What to say about business hotel in close distance to Playmobil park? They offer self serve breakfasts and dinners with huge selection, although dinners aren't best. You can survive it for once a year

Bed is comfortable, blanket full size, great location. An issue if it were any warmer - do DO NOT HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER THE THERMOSTAT. The windows do open wide if it is cool outside but the road noise is loud. Unless they change things in the summer this would be a major issue. Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. Great hotel at the top of the city. A very short walk to just about everything you could want to see. Rooms are large and comfortable as well as a small mini bar. It's to expensive. It's good and clean. Nice and quiet. For this price i think the parking should be free. But here you need pay everything for extra. 100 for night and you don't have breakfast no parking.
