I stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice. It’s a standard hotel that provides everything you need. The location is perfect, with the U-Bahn station just 1 minute away and the bus station equally close. It’s an awesome choice for short-term accommodation.

Very nice hotel close to subway station, and Autobahn, convenient to trade fair. Food is worth it's price and excellent. Update April 2023: food and service still excellent. Prices still not excessive. Update May 2024: above still holds. Update February 2024: prices raised according to new tax laws, not excessive. Still excellent.

As a single traveller, I really like this hotel. Easy access, comfortable little lounge/bar where I felt comfortable sitting alone. Staff very good - they helped with my luggage and when they realised the room was a good walk from the lift they changed it to a more accessible room, without being asked.

We just needed the place for one night because we flew out the next day but the workers and room was excellent! Usually I’m pretty uncomfortable on hotels because I like the comfort of my own bed but they rooms were cleaned great and the beds was very comfortable ☺️

Overall my stay was great, however I think there are a few things that could be better. 1. There are no locks on the room doors (like you would see in a normal hotel - none at all). We had a great stay at the Karl August. Everything about the room was clean, comfortable and practical. The staff is friendly, well-informed and responsive. The location was superb. It's 5 stars for a Holiday Inn and in a convenient location. Just 400 yards (meters) from Plarrer station which connects to the airport or main train station. The staff are excellent and very attentive. The Gym has a very nice sauna but lacking some good machines and free weights. There are some cardio machines. Remotely located from Fuerth and the highway, the hotel is in the middle of a forest. Not ideal for getting around, but great for hikes and corporate conferences. It's also very quiet and peaceful. Had gone for the Nuremberg fair in Jan. The service was commendable, there is no porter service to the room though. Close to the train station and bus station. 15 mins from old town and most locations Breakfast was a really good spread. Room was clean, the towels aren't replaced daily unless you ask them. Room doesn't have an AC so can get hot. Not sure if other rooms come with AC though.

Stayed one night in family room, double bed with one sofa bed. Room is ok, AC is available, no safe box, no coffee or tea or kettle in room, but available in the lobby. What to say about business hotel in close distance to Playmobil park? They offer self serve breakfasts and dinners with huge selection, although dinners aren't best. You can survive it for once a year

We had an excellent stay in the royal suite which we got as an upgrade from the junior suite that I booked. We had a nice in room dinner and a good night in a good comfortable bed which is extremely important to me. In the morning we a nice breakfast at the breakfast buffet. Locating, location, location! We travelled by train from Cologne and was so happy to have the hotel so close to the station. Easy walk to old town and also transport for going to Rally ground etc. Online check in meant it took maybe 2 mins to get the keys etc. Building looks brand new? Very happy with our stay.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very new with many breakfast options. The staff at the reception counter are extremely friendly and also helped us with some issues. We had some issues during check out but it only took 5 minutes for it to be resolved. The hallways are very clean and quiet. Stay here from time to time for work. Very nice hotel and very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast selection is very good as well. The rooms are very nice and clean (even though sometimes they can be challenging to find the first time).

Clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet, but understaff (lot of guests when we were there). Not enough places in the parking, so if you arrive late it can be really tricky to find a free spot. A bit far from center and because of construction work it was hard to get around with the u-bahn.

Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. You can park behind the Esso station and not get charged, thats the highlight! Otherwise the room was clean. Staff did not bother to tell us that breakfast was included. Not the staffs fault but hot water and heat was out most of one morning. It's not a Mercure we are accustomed to too.

This hotel Is in a very good position. In 20-25 minutes you can reach the downtown in Nurnberg and in 15 minutes you can reach - walking - the fair. Good hotel in a good position, i would recommend It for sure. Receptionists and all the members of the team of the hotel are Always at your disposal to help you. Good choice.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever visited for 100€ The hotel has parking, looks fresh, the room (standard room) had; mini bar, safe, desk, chair, sofa, big tv, art, cabinette for cloths, hair dryer, full tile bathroom with make up lighted mirror, rain forrest shower, full series with Rituals soap/shampoo/shower foam. Gluten free options on the menu. Pool, bar and what not. 10/10

It's the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and kept up to date. Only negative is paying for car parking is still not great as a guest staying 4 nights.

Staff are really friendly open willing to help him multiple different, room is good quality bed is comfortable and is also able to accommodate tall people, bathroom offers shower no bath but the shower is able to accommodate tall people. WiFi is ok whoever it is limited usage on the standard package.

Well nice place but i didn't had the feeling they welcome foreigners who dont speak German. All TV channels are German, the flayers with Information in the rooms in German... First time I can recall I didn't watch any tb while traveling... If you need to exercise, they have a treadmill and an elliptical machine and sauna... Very important, the sauna... Breakfast was nice, but they don't know yet how...

Nice small inner city hotel. Very convenient to the main train station and quick 10 minute ride from the exhibition center. Easy walk into the old City and historical sites. Good breakfast is a little limited. Rooms are compact and comfortable but backs on to the rail tracks so a little noisy. Good experience with friendly reception staff.

Good hotel. Excellent location near main railway station. Given free travel ticket during stay which we used a lot. Excellent buffet breakfast. Only negatives. Shower leaked as door seals broken. Also only one pillow each. No spares. Had to ask for another.

Always offers a friendly welcome back. Magnificent location next to Dürer Haus, basically at the foot of the castle, in the Altstadt. Rooms spacious, bedding absolutely top! Huge breakfast buffet, friendly and forthcoming staff. Have been staying here for decades and will always return.

Great hotel at the top of the city. A very short walk to just about everything you could want to see. Rooms are large and comfortable as well as a small mini bar. Breakfast is a wide selection of the basics but enough to get you on the way. The pot of coffee on the table is a wonderful addition. Can totally recommend.

Location is perfect, the hotel is at the beautiful part of center, directlly at the castle. The facilities are old, still using the key to lock and unlock. It is nice hotel, clean and newly decoration. Very near to big market, the photo was taken from my room. Staffs are amazing friendly and always smile. In the same time, breakfast is also good, many choices. Big glass window and introduce many sunshine make lodgers in good spirit. Restaurant is also very clean and comfortable.

I enjoy the modern styled rooms. Very quiet and spacious. Breakfast is a choice between an extensive and excellent buffet, or a free coffee to go with a pastry or two that's free for everyone. (And which totally suffices for me.) Bathrooms very well lit and clean. Location is obviously convenient and very central in Nuremberg, close to many great restaurants as well. Nice hotel reasonably located for aldstat and train station and airport. just €3.20 on tube to Platter station then 6min walk. Check-in was rather tedious as even at 21.45 there were 6 check-ins !
