Novotel Nurnberg am Messezentrum

Lower your standards when staying here, this is poor for a Novotel. Outdated facilities, miserable staff & customer service, location is in a lower socioeconomic area. No wifi in the rooms. Restaurant food was average. Expensive stay, not worth the value.

We've been staying here for 3 days and are currently still here and I can say I don't enjoy the atmosphere. Of course we all respect the health measures imposed by Germany, but that should not exclude courtesy and politeness in the hotels business. The morning personnel in the restaurant is acting like everything we ask for is a personal favor they do us and that is clearly a burden for them. Even though we all wear masks I can still make the distinction between a smile and a frown, and here people are mostly frowning. Perhaps it's the language barrier, as we don't speak German and they don't speak English.
The front desk people are nice enough and helpful, but not extremely and I still have that feeling of being a bother to them.
The rooms are clean-ish I guess, although the windows are really dirty and the air vents are full of dust 🙁.
The beds offer a decent sleep and the cleaning personnel are nice and helpful if you need anything.
All in all Nürnberg is a beautiful city which I hope I'll visit again, but I will certainly not stay at this Hotel.

Not so godt.
We come late to hotel just to sleep one night.
Receptionist was been arogant.
Ours mask for covid 19 was not been ok.
TV can not start.
Parkering 11 euro.
Breakfast not so godt very dry bread!
Just one coffe mashine in restoran where is breakfast.
