Rented because their prices are reasonable (12 day stay) and location is very good with supermarket, restaurants, and subway access all within 3 minute walks. Beds and layout of rooms are quality, but the bathroom could use updating. Because it's an old building, you will not find so much comfort. But the location it's the highlight of the place.

Stayed here two nights and the location is brilliant, a short walk to anywhere in the old town. Access to the hotel is through a shoe shop which closes at 8 but you get an electric key fob to enter the hotel. My single room was very small, modest but was what I expected for the price I paid. However the room did get extremely hot with no air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast is super tasty and lush. The coffee tastes great. Bathroom and rooms are very clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly, especially the woman at the front Desk. In the context this is for a upper-middle range hotel, I have nothing but praises for this hotel. The room is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Good size for a single / couple. My wife and I were just passing through and we stayed one night at this hotel. While we were overly fond of the rooms, we thought the water in the pool was too cold. We also felt that 25€ per person for breakfast was a bit steep of a price. Otherwise, the service from the staff was nice.

Overall, a fairly average hotel, with high marks for location, housekeeping. Very nice hotel close to everything, including the main train station. The staff here is fantastic and were awesome to work with. Breakfast, room service, and lounge access were great. Stay here from time to time for work. Very nice hotel and very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast selection is very good as well. The rooms are very nice and clean (even though sometimes they can be challenging to find the first time).

Excellent room and service could not have been better and the breakfast and evening meals were really good. We have marked them down to 4* because of no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and though a kettle is offered via reception no tea and coffee come with it. Very nice hotel with ac and a pool. I stayed just one night to relax after traveling, the staff was very helpful. It's not far from the Train station, super comfy bed and the pool was fun. It's to expensive. It's good and clean. Nice and quiet. For this price i think the parking should be free. But here you need pay everything for extra. 100 for night and you don't have breakfast no parking.

For the third Time we have stayed for a few days in the Wöhrdersee Mercure Nürnberg and are amazed by the durability and reliable performance offer what we are experiencing here. Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Ours is a big comfortable room with two big beds for two parents and a tweenager. We really liked strolling in the park after visiting the old city in Nürnberg.

You can park behind the Esso station and not get charged, thats the highlight! Otherwise the room was clean. Staff did not bother to tell us that breakfast was included. Not the staffs fault but hot water and heat was out most of one morning. It's not a Mercure we are accustomed to too.

This hotel Is in a very good position. In 20-25 minutes you can reach the downtown in Nurnberg and in 15 minutes you can reach - walking - the fair. This is by far the best hotel I have ever visited for 100€ The hotel has parking, looks fresh, the room (standard room) had; mini bar, safe, desk, chair, sofa, big tv, art, cabinette for cloths, hair dryer, full tile bathroom with make up lighted mirror, rain forrest shower, full series with Rituals soap/shampoo/shower foam. Gluten free options on the menu. Pool, bar and what not. 10/10

It's the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and kept up to date. Only negative is paying for car parking is still not great as a guest staying 4 nights.

Staff are really friendly open willing to help him multiple different, room is good quality bed is comfortable and is also able to accommodate tall people, bathroom offers shower no bath but the shower is able to accommodate tall people. WiFi is ok whoever it is limited usage on the standard package.

Well nice place but i didn't had the feeling they welcome foreigners who dont speak German. All TV channels are German, the flayers with Information in the rooms in German... First time I can recall I didn't watch any tb while traveling... If you need to exercise, they have a treadmill and an elliptical machine and sauna... Very important, the sauna... Nice small inner city hotel. Very convenient to the main train station and quick 10 minute ride from the exhibition center. Easy walk into the old City and historical sites. Location is perfect, the hotel is at the beautiful part of center, directlly at the castle. The facilities are old, still using the key to lock and unlock. Very friendly staff, room was clean and in a good state. There is a underground parking. The location is perfect! The old town is in 6min walking distance

Room ok, parking access ramp NOT ok! Hotel is very well located, in the city center less than 5 minutes away from Nuremberg main train station and from public transport (tramways, subways, buses). Bed was comfy, room was ok and clean in the overall, bathroom (with a tiny shower) was standard in comparison with other Ibis hotels. A great stay across from the main train station and Nürnberg’s market square !! The price was unbeatable and the rooms were simple, beds were also extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and I liked that they held our bags for us. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I have a trip leaving from Nürnberg. :)

It is nice hotel, clean and newly decoration. Very near to big market, the photo was taken from my room. Staffs are amazing friendly and always smile. In the same time, breakfast is also good, many choices. Big glass window and introduce many sunshine make lodgers in good spirit. Restaurant is also very clean and comfortable.

Great location. 10 minutes walk from train station but taxi is available 24/7 just right out of the hotel. The free breakfast was great even coffee to go. Just loved the staff very helpful. Will def stay again

I enjoy the modern styled rooms. Very quiet and spacious. Breakfast is a choice between an extensive and excellent buffet, or a free coffee to go with a pastry or two that's free for everyone. (And which totally suffices for me.) Bathrooms very well lit and clean. Location is obviously convenient and very central in Nuremberg, close to many great restaurants as well. I like the value of this venue...

Good location, well sized room, great view directly overlooking the Christmas market. Only ring missing was some glassware and maybe a mini fridge.

Very few amenities in the room. Space is good and rooms are clean. Light in the bathroom is motion sensitive and does not work. Good variety European motel style breakfast for the price, although the floor manager/cleaner at breakfast is extremely rude and unprofessional toward patrons.

Really helpful receptionist. Small but clean and nice room, shower could be without mold. Breakfast comes with small choice. I think it's good for business trip when need to crash somewhere but for vacation I would choose different hotel.

The room was very beautiful and practical for tourists, comfortable and like new. I noticed only a large stain on the carpet, otherwise everything is fine. Maybe it's better to add something in the bathroom, like small toothpaste and similar.

price / quality excellent. For this particular stay, I could only arrive to the hotel around 1am. They even called me 5 hours in upfront and they already nanded over the room number and access code. Great service !

We enjoyed the accessibility, central location, and parking. The breakfast buffet got a little busy at times with lots of young families making it a bit of a wait to eat and sit. The front desk folks were really helpful. It's a few blocks away from the central train station so it might feel a little less safe but, we had no problems!
