This hotel is a little bit far away from train station but quite close to the old town. It's a 2 stars hotel therefore, on the whole the cleanliness is acceptable. My room was in the beginning of the corridor and lifts so it was a bit noisy. At night it was absolutely quiet. Breakfast costs €17 but it worths. Lots of variety to choose. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Situated close to the old town (only few minutes walking distance) the hotel was very easy to find. Near the hotel there was an U ban connecting with the airport and most of the city stations. The check-in/checkout process was very smooth and easy and hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were bright, clean and cosy - just perfect for our stay

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. For those arriving by car, a secure parking lot is available. The staff (reception, bar, restaurant, rooms, etc.) are very helpful and friendly. They offer advice and help with various requests (restaurant reservations, sightseeing suggestions, etc.). One kilometer away from the central train station, the location is not as convenient as the Ibis in the old town. There is a supermarket on the left hand side of the door. A typical European hotel, the room is not big and there are no consumables. There is no heater, and the air conditioner is heated.

The hotel is located in a good position for travelling around Nurnberg. My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn - the niu. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient to local transport and a supermarket. The rooms are very small and the bed/pillow is not the most comfortable. When I arrived I was told my room is in the 4th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 3rd so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. There was nobody from the staff available to offer some help. Stayed here for one night for the Christmas market on 12/22 and enjoyed the two days in Nuremberg. Hotel location was unbeatable! Step outside the hotel and the Christmas market was right there. Room was spacious and comfortable with a window that opens and has great view of the market and area.

Their reception is very friendly and within 5 minutes they assign you a room and other necessary items during check-in, their rooms are good and their service is good. The area of the restaurant is fantastic. The only drawback is the location if we look at every detail, such as the view.

I did not know what to expect and was very impressed with the whole experience. Checking in was fast and very friendly despite the language difference. Very easy access to city center with direct subway right in front of it. Taxi can cost up to 15 euro and take long as there are many red lights and can be traffic. The breakfast is good but only until 9:30 which can be a bit tight. Staffs are nice.

I had a clean good sized bedroom that had a large bathroom with a walk in shower. I would say that the room is set to cater for business travellers although there were also families staying in the hotel. Good sized desk with overhead (hidden) lighting.
