Dear B&B Hotel Nürnberg

I'm writing this review because I would love to say that I had an amazing time at your hotel the room was nice and cozy, the breakfast was delicious especially the mini muffins they great, when I was checking in with my family we had an great check-in from the guy in the reception I don't know his name but he wore a red flannel shirt, he told me more places to check out like the castle, the other Christmas market in Fürth where they had the medieval themed market, the bunker and the Documentation Center Nazi Party Rally Grounds, because I'm a huge historian fan, the rock and or country music that you guys play in the hotel is great 👍🏼. I would definitely come again and book this hotel.

PS the Air con was locked and there was no way to change it

Room was great, service terrible - and very good.

We arrived about two hours before (~13.00) the check-in time and asked if our room would be ready by any chance. The foreign looking, bearded man with an earring, said "yes, surely" and started inputting my ID details. Then unexpectedly he asked me to pay 15€ for the early check-in (free in most places) and was surprised, almost arrogant, when I declined. We then asked to leave our bags there until the check-in time, and the man had a bitter face and didn't speak a word, but came to open us the door. This experience already made us want to change accommodation, if only we could've canceled...

Luckily when we came back, there was a friendly woman at the reception, who restored our faith in the hotel.

Room was very nice, spacious, bed comfy and AC worked well!

The great center location and the check-in counter service are impeccable!!! However, we can't control the A/C unit in the room and the self-serve breakfast was closing a little bit too early for American/Canadian people at 10:00 AM (local time). American people are used to eating breakfast between 9:00 Am and 11:00 Am when on vacation, so I think it's closing a little bit too early. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They both speak German and English.

We stayed for one night as a stop for our journey by train. The inside is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was also good, with lots of options for everyone. The elevator wasn't working, so they let us know a few days before arrival, which was appreciated.

I stayed at the B&B Hotel in Nuremberg for one night on April 21st, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless and well-organized — the room was very clean, and everything was in its place. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It offered more freshness and variety than I expected, and the availability of fresh fruits was a big plus for me.

The location of the hotel is another great advantage. Being in the city center, I could easily reach many important sights on foot. I didn’t need to use public transportation at all. Plus, its close proximity to the train station made it very convenient for traveling to other cities.

The Wi-Fi speed was sufficient, which is important for those traveling for work. In short, if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, centrally located, and budget-friendly place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Everything and everyone was awesome! I got very good rest, clean room and comfortable bed. Personnel was awazing - friendly, spoke good English and my dog also loved them ♥️ would definitely stay here again in future!

Friendly staff and easy check in/out. The room was comfortable and clean. The location made it easy to get to and from the train station. Likewise the walk to local attractions was also short. Never felt unsafe. We took the train in but needed a taxi extremely early for departure. The staff arranged a taxi for us that arrive as scheduled.
In short, Safe, Clean, and Convenient.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room and building were all very clean. It was also a very short walk from the train station which was great. The breakfast was very good.

Our only complaints would be that the room was quite small and there was no fridge or tea kettle.

The overall experiences is good. The reception counter staff Tina is an Angel for us. We had two big cartons which we carried from the exhibition, since we did not have trolley, it will be very difficult to carry them to our room upstairs. We asked her if we could keep these two big cartons in reception, we will take them when we get the car by next morning. She tried her best to help us. We really appreciate her help in this case. We will definitely come back again because of the lovely staffs here.
