This hotel is very conveniently located,however the rooms are old and need updating. Some of the ammenities do not work well or are broken. The rooms feel dirty, I even saw silverfish in my room. But the worst thing is that the hotel is by the train tracks. You can hear trains at all times, you can even feel the shaking. It feels like the train is coming at you. Would not recommend if you are trying to sleep and especially if you’re a light sleeper.

Don't stay here if you don't have to. Much too expensive for such a bad experience. The hotel is shutting down in December, so perhaps that is why? Breakfast in the reception amongst luggage, noisy and worn down rooms, icky plastic shower curtains etc.

That was good, but there was a lot of people that knock my door and they can open it. That was uncomfortable.

It's not far from the Frankfurt exhibition. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. The transportation is also relatively convenient. There are DB train station and rail bus next to it. The room is small and suitable for one person to live in.

Important to note: coach parking is not available, and vehicles must be parked at the owner's risk. Also, please be aware of the ongoing bridge construction. Fortunately, we were able to secure roadside parking on this visit.

Put in an awful room that was as small as a cleaning cupboard. Tiny single bed. Room narrows line a triangle, and prison cell springs to mind. Was not cheap, either. Awfully dated, smelly corridors, manager to my complaint said that the smell was delicious (stale fat, not delicious), very dismissive. I don't want to sleep enveloped in smells no matter how delicious they are.
I am a well travelled person and hand on heart. This is the worst place i stayed, surprising for modern Germany. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location and size are great, but the service is nothing to write home about.

Front desk staff were all friendly, and the free wi-fi worked perfectly which is always a good thing. The hotel though is very tired, the rooms are basic (mine had two very small single beds). The carpet was damp near the bathroom and had a nasty odour (and no I didn't report it, got there late on the first night and was only staying for a couple of days). Hot water ran out before I could get a decent bath.

The bed is quite big. Except that the air conditioner in the room is a bit cold, everything is good. It is close to Sbahn but not noisy and very safe.

This hotel is vastly overrated. Each room offered two separate beds -- there were not queen- or king-size beds. The rooms at 1970s-reminiscent shag carpeting. No thought was given to the decor. The lobby reeked of cooking smells wafting up from the kitchen. The rooms were also noisy, as they overlook railroad tracks. This is no four-star hotel.
