Ambassador Hotel

First room which was provided (nr 509) was without AC, dark room with wall view, changed upon my request to 305 - which is with AC and street view. As a gold member of ALL I didnt feel any warmness which I use to see on Sofitel, Pullman and Mercure.
Most probably will not choose this hotel anymore.

We were first in a room that was very old and worn got moved to a larger room in a quieter section of hotel which was much nicer and cleaner. Much better when sharing a room with kids. Service was good for breakfast in the morning nice selection

I understand this is just a budget hotel but there are some things that are considered basic and guaranteed that didn’t not happen in my experience: there were 3 days where I didn’t have hot water, I complained and only on the 3rd day and 3rd complaint they told me I was on the side of the hotel where this was happening and they could move to another room where there was hot water, the hair dryer only works for 30s each time which means you need to wait and wait for the hair dryer to work again to be able to fully dry your hair, I asked for a plate to be able to eat food in my room and they said they couldn’t give me one… lots of little things that happened that are not expected and in my opinion not acceptable for a 3 star hotel
