You should expect a regular Mercure Hotel. Nothing too fancy but serving its purpose. I booked accommodation and car parking for 14 days. The price value was extremely good. Regardless I didn’t expect the taxi costs to the airport (10-15 mins) to be between 40-50€ per way. Could have booked the DUS airport parking instead for less money. But my fault in doing enough research.

The room was good, espically the double doors but was a bit surprised about paid parking, Eur 9 for 1 night. Was not aware about that.

Close to the airport, thus two stars for that. I didn't need a plane though, just a place to stay for one night.
Elevator is tiny, build in 1976, this age also reflects on the rest of the hotel.
Upside being that unlike a lot of similar newer hotels it has a bathtub albeit a rather narrow one.
Cards used are magnetic, putting them in your phone wallet will erase them and lock you out of the room. Common issue as this is the first thing reception mentioned when creating a new card.
Doors can be difficult to close when leaving the room, which was reflected by several other guests leaving the door open when checking out.
The room has no fridge.
Location is pretty barren, some fields and other hotels, nothing else to entertain / shop within walking distance.
Would stay again for a simple overnight stay, just for the purpose of passing through though. I would not recommend it for a recreational or longer term stay.

On the coridor dirty carpet,
In reception and restaurant is raining. Very bad behavior of the personal. One very small elevator for 200 rooms. Restaurant is closed due to technical problems.

I was living in this hotel for visiting fair and it was great experience, it is very quiet with fresh air surrouding and room is clean and tidy. The front desk worker Mr.Can Berber is also very friendly and helpful. I hope next time I can stay them more times. :)

Pretty far from airport (+30-50euro for taxi). But in general - pretty quiet and comfortable hotel. Restaurant is also good.
Wifi is free, but working very slow on peak hours - minus one star for service.

May i thank you for this, both a warm welcome. professional service Helping and caring with care of every team with the opportunity to meet and ask for help From the Reception to the Restaurant and bar. Thank you for Mr. Can Berber The front desk check-in, giving full assistance and more. The front desk check in, And the most calm restaurant. The team is very tired. But we have seen smiles The attention of the Chef who comes out to take care of the quality of food closely, and also all staff really helpful.

Great hotel, very clean.

Quite far away from the airport really. Although it is called airport hotel! The taxi fare costs you about 50 Euros. Food choice in restaurant is very limited. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. But cleanliness and comfort is good.
