All in all there is nothing much you can say about the stay, it's not spectacular but also not bad. The only thing I would like to remark is, that in my room it did not seem as if the air conditioning did anything at all. The air coming out of it felt warmer than the air outside, even though it was put at the lowest level (18 Degrees).

Fine, no-nonsense hotel. Rooms are good.
The breakfast is great, with a good selection of breakfast foods.
The man working the breakfast buffet is a dear, and one of the reasons we booked again. He made the day brighter in a very tiresome weekend.

Overall it is a very good hotel with the usual amenities you can find in a chain hotel. Very friendly and nice bar staff. The huge drawback is the parking 🅿️ yes located under the hotel but it is expensive € 18. Guests need to have a special price. I am neutral in recommending this hotel.

I bought an experience package for couples and came here with my girlfriend but they gave us a room with 2 separate beds. We went back down to reception and they agreed to give us another room with a double bed. The problem was that this room smelled really bad. We had to open the windows for ventilation, but as soon as we'd close them back, it would start to stink again, it seemed to come from the carpet. The bathrooms were quite tiny but it's okay for the price.
The location is okay but still quite far from the more interesting part of Düsseldorf. You'll still need to take the S Bahn or the bus if you don't wanna walk for 1+ hour just to get to the city center.
The breakfast buffet was pretty nice though.
I'd give more stars if it weren't for the smell. The room with 2 single beds didn't smell bad though, but all in all, I can't rate it higher.

Better Hygiene and cleanness is expected when you pay almost 300€ for two nights.
The workers in the Breakfast time was friendly and professional.
My dinner in the Hotel restaurant was a waste of money.
Reception could be more professional, they could change the office Adresse on my bill right away, i could get it after 24 hours. 🤦

Was there with a few friends, everyone had a room of their own and none of our air conditioners worked. You could switch it on and of but it did not cool the room down. Combine this with summer and our rooms being on the fourth floor and it was quite unpleasant.
But the staff were super friendly and rooms were always cleaned well.

In general a nice place. Calm at the moment. Well organized in times of COVID19. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Easy parking in garage. Easy to be reached also with public transport. A big challenge: the hotel doesn't accept American Express against the announcement that they accept. The receptionist was friendly and explained why this is the case, but this doesn't help me as for business trips we are obliged to use our Amex, and otherwise processes are complex. So, if you want to pay with Amex please chose another place until this topic gets resolved.

It is quite expensive, 14€ for a Breakfast, almost 5€ for a beer at the Bar and€ 14 per day for Parking in the underground garage. I don't know if three stars are justified, but it is quite ok.

In the surroundings it is rather drab, but one is fast in the center. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Room prices to match the surroundings of the hotel and therefore absolutely fair.
