Staff is professional, spa and leasure facilities are very good. Stay of 2 weeks was very relaxing despite the fact that i was on a business trip.

Did not stay overnight. Had a meeting there. Very friendly service and nice hotel. Probably a very good stay if you are looking for something close to DUS Airport.

Noisy and screwed me with the bill. I asked them if it was possible to reschedule. "Yes" they said. Instead they charged me twice and did not want to refund.

I have been coming for years here. And I am always completely satisfied. I particularly am impressed by the Breakfast buffet, fresh fruit, sugar cereals, and Tea to prepare me on a distance day.

All in all, the Hotel, the Breakfast and the meals is very good. Unfortunately, the rooms to the street are extremely loud. To sleep is not to think.

They rebooked my stay to a hotel at the airport without giving any reason. Very unfriendly telephone customer service.

Good hotel, friendly, nice jacuzz and gym area. They should open the sauna earlier in the day.
Rooms clean and reasonable sized, good strong shower even on the higher floors.
Will stay again when we are in Ratingen.
Very good connection by bus to the Düsseldorf Airport.
