I have been going there on a regular basis in the last 2 years for business reasons and enjoyed the place, the restaurant and the smiling and professional staff. A great place to stay, very professional but also very human for a 4 star hotel. Merci !

What a beautiful place in the perfect setting. Next to the alps with stunning views. The spa is perfect to relax after your day hiking and sightseeing. The food is fantastic and the service is impeccable. We will be back next year.

The apartment is new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and the towels are of high quality. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. We spent nice time on the terrace that was heading towards the park. Many activities close by.

This is a very cozy family hotel, with a very cute decoration with the family owners and the horses. The breakfast ist outstanding and the restaurant has great views of the mountains. You can also enjoy these wonderful views from the balcony of your room. The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities in general are very clean. The staff is super nice and helpfull! The location of the hotel is very nice. All of the staff were very friendly. The food is excellent. The panorama terrace offers a very nice view and delicious cocktails. The room we had was getting a bit old and the green carpet in the hallway is no longer up-to-date. I think the price for the room is a bit too high. We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, an indoor and outdoor pool, foot baths, sauna and a range of spa treatments. The dinner was amazing, 5 courses! Breakfast was a big buffet with loads of choice. We had a room on the third floor with amazing views across the lake and mountains.

Nice location, Apartment was very clean and it perfectly fits for a couple who are on a trip.

We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job. The concept is self check in which works well. There is parking and also a charging station.

The hotel is located at a beautiful location next to the lake. The view is beautiful. The room had a balcony so you can enjoy the view while sipping coffee. Though I saw small cockroaches in my room so I reduced one star but I had a good time there.

We did a lot of research and decided on this hotel due to the price, location, and benefits. The pictures also looked very nice. Unfortunately we had to cancel last-minute due to car troubles. Servers on the phone were extremely kind and the manager was also very responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay here for real in the future soon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Location is gorgeous and parking easy and cheap on street. Need to walk 2 sets of slippery stairs (could be a problem for some). We had the luxery suite. It was big and functional for our family. There are separate rooms but the main bed is not private so dont expect couple time. It was nice but outdated & could defintely be upgraded /made even nicer...

Loved it! Tasty, cozy, warm (we went there in the winter time) with a breathtaking view. The staff is amazing. Cannot wait to go back! We also stayed at the apartments and they are hi tech, lovely warm, beautiful, clean. Ours was very large and very cozy at the same time.

Very good appartment rooms, stunning views and all. But found the cleaner lady a bit rude, she was saying something in German to me and my friends which sounded pretty aggressive. We just ignored her and checked out of the property. Other than this, I would recommend just for the view and the restaurant that is available just downstairs.

Delightful place to stay close to the castles. Excellent dining in the hotel and walking distance to other restaurants as well. Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were large and comfortable. Be prepared to fold your pillow to make your head comfortable as it is a very lumpy or squishy pillow depending how you see it 😂 Beautiful view of the water when the fog isn’t set in.

Super location on the lake, with stunning Mountain View near train stations, bus stop in front of the door, great restaurant and breakfast buffet. Had a fabulous spacious studio. Can highly recommend hotel Geiger, and it’s dog friendly as well.

All Ok, but note if you choose for the room downstairs you have a good place to site outsite but you do not have a few over the lake! Rooms are large and breakfast is good. Parking is limited but in front of the hotel parking is free between 6pm and 9am.

Stopped for a night while traveling with the family in the area. Lovely, quiet hotel on the bank of the small lake. Beautiful room views, super clean rooms and delicious food at the restaurant on premises. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful large clean rooms with lake view. They have two restaurants Italian and German. Lovely breakfast spread. You need to reserve your parking slot with them prior to check in. The spa and sauna areas are free of charge and are the highlight of the hotel. Loved everything about this place! Wish we had stayed longer!

We really enjoyed. We were there with two kids and it was a great experience for everyone. You can easily walk to the lake and the natural swimming pool at the guest house is just amazing. Restaurants can also be easily reached on foot.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. From rooms 5a and 6a, in the second house, a beautiful panorama opens up, probably the best in this hotel. Stock up on a bottle of wine for dinner and coffee in the morning. Plan your romantic stay in this beautiful place. It is very convenient to get to the Bavarian castles by car in about 20 minutes. The location is amazing. Quiet, near the lake and not far away from Schwangau. Near you can find a pony farm and buy local food from farmers. The room is clean, service 5+, breakfast is really good. A little bonus, there is a small kitchen, so if you need to cook something it's really easy.

Large clean room with large bathroom. Nice staff. Nice location. Only negative was no extra blanket in the room. We like to sleep with the room cool, so the 2 twin size blankets (1 for each of us) left us a bit cool.

The hotel is located right next to the Forggensee. Some rooms offer a view over the lake, but some don't. The rooms themselves were very tidy and spacious, though a bit old-fashioned. There is a restaurant that serves local dishes and drinks. The outdoor seating is quite limited for a hotel this big. The breakfast buffet was located indoors, but I found it pretty basic and unsophisticated.

We were able to book a reservation the same day on a "spur of the moment trip", the price was very reasonable, and we had a great room with a balcony view of the mountains. The owners were very kind and spoke great English. They even recommended nearby restaurants and were able to answer all of our questions. It was a great hotel to spend quality time with friends and family. Close to tourists attractions with a wonderful view of Alps. Nice breakfast. Staffs are very nice and you feel like you’re visiting your nice aunt who lives in Fussen. Clean and cosy like a home. They have soft and alcoholic drinks with some snacks with a reasonable price for the nights you want to chill.

We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff recognize me as soon as I talk to her. They have private parking place and offer free parking. The room is clean and comfort to stay. There are only 2-3 short-term parking spaces at the main entrance on Kreuzweg. The large, free main car park is somewhat inconspicuously signposted: access shortly beforehand via Alten Schwinkelweg, then turn left at the intersection of Kröb/Kreuzweg/Tassiloweg. It's easy to drive past the sign and then have to turn around. Directly at the large main parking lot, e.g. on the terrace of the cafeteria...

I felt very comfortable and well looked after: good therapists, nice room, delicious, varied food, nice staff, great landscape! Although the daily routine was fairly well-paced with treatments and meals, the rehab felt like three weeks of vacation.

Good room, clean, large with balcony and nice view. We asked for a double bed, but the room had two single beds put together. No air conditioner. The reception closed by 11pm. So keep your keys with you. Otherwise you cannot go back inside the hotel again after 11pm. Dinner only until 8 pm. Hotel is 10 minutes by car to the Fussen city center and 15 minutes to the Castle. Free parking.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The views were great, as were the rooms but this is not why I am leaving a 5 star rating. The 5 stars are coming from the hospitality which was next to none. Hermann and his lovely wife Zeljka took my family and I in as one of their own and showed us how true Germans treat their guests.
