Such a friendly and hospitable hotel. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Our room, on the first floor, was spacious and comfortable. Very nice balcony too. Oodles of hot water and plenty of storage. Restaurant also wonderful. Tasty food, daily specials and plenty of regional fare to sample. Added bonus was a card, giving us free local bus travel. Location ideal for exploring local area, where there is lots to see and do. Really lovely stay.

A perfect place for family vacation. Clean and high quality rooms, very friendly staff. We loved the food, the chef is the expert of meats. Hotel is located in a lovely little village with a surprisingly big spa and a nice park for afternoon walks.

An absolutely charming hotel with very lovely & helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast and afternoon cake & coffee. Very convenient location to the local castles and to the town of Fussen.

Great location, can walk in town they also have free bike rental and can take the bus to see the castles.

Very welcoming, friendly and happy people the Germans ate. It is a beautiful place, cold I am not used to this sort of weather. I come from Namibia I am not a German speaker, but they make sure to communicate with me the best way they can. I love this place, beautiful roons, great food, service is of the hook. Friendly employees and customers.

Excellent town Hotel where we are always fine. Room very confortable and superbe restourant. Mr.Helmer and the staff make you feel like home.

Liked the modern amenities, elevator and separate shower and toilet, yet maintained its rustic German flavor.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed as a family with 2 teenage boys to see the Neuschwanstein castle. They offer free bike rentals which helped out a lot because we were able to bike to the bus that goes up the hill and it also gave us something to do as a family in the evening, which was to ride down to the lake. Excellent staff.
