The service was excellent overall, except during breakfast. The staff member at the egg station was unfortunately not friendly. I simply went over and politely asked for an omelette. In response, She loudly and rudely said, ‘Can’t you see the pan is still occupied?’ Other guests turned to look. I don’t understand why it wasn’t possible to respond in a polite manner.

I visited my grandma, and she said her doctor was very nice. Unfortunately, I also have to say that the prices are really not worth the quality. Regular drinks are fine, but the ice cream prices are pretty outrageous for ice cubes in the ice cream. The service was very friendly, though, which is why I was considering giving it 4 stars.

I visited for four days at the beginning of November with my wife and two adults daughters. We found the hotel very comfortable, the staff very nice, and the food excellent. I highly recommend the hotel as a base for days visiting Neuschwanstein Linderhof, and Fussel. Unfortunately, our guide at Neuschwanstein was very robotic, but that was not the hotel's fault.

This was one of our favorite hotels on our European trip. Just what we wanted for German style and ambience. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, well located near Neuschwanstein and the Tegelberg bahn. The breakfast was phenomenal! It’s located at the outer edge of the town, about 5 minutes walk to the center, which to me is a plus because of the quietness it offers. Driving to parking lot 4 of the castles takes about 10 minutes. Our room is comfort room two twin beds; both the sleeping are and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. You can be lucky or unlucky with Best Western - today we were lucky! Modern hotel in older style building just on the edge of town and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and rail station. I highly recommend this hotel in Fussen. It's in a great location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The hotel also offers free tickets for the Fussen local bus, making travel convenient. Rooms are ok. We were given an unnecessary barrier-free room, which was a good size with a massive bathroom. If it was just room quality the hotel would not score great, but what really sells it is the location (superb) and the food. Breakfast pretty standard but dinner (we ate in the hotel two of the three nights we stayed) was delicious.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the pedestrian street, with picturesque scenery nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from, including Italian restaurants, Japanese restaurants and BBQ restaurants, which are very close to the hotel. The front desk guy is very nice:)

The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

The hotel is much cleaner than expected. It is located in the center of Fuxin Town. It only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. There is also a parking lot for self-driving. The check-in experience is very good.

I think this hotel is reasonably priced. I highly recommend it for people who don't want to spend too much money on hotels. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved Füssen and loved this hotel. Location couldn't be better. Best included breakfast I've ever had. Manager was congenial and very helpful. A lot of locals were in the restaurant as well as hotel guests and the staff was great.

What a wonderful place! My family and I stayed at this location for one night. It was incredibly comfortable. Everything was super clean. The room was spacious. The bathroom seemed large compared to the other German hotels we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking a courtyard. The restaurant was nice, we went down late in the evening for some beers and an apple strudel...

The hotel was really good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. The breakfast included a very good choice of food and drinks. We were very happy to stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel in a cute little town! Cobble stone streets and people on bikes abound. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The balcony overlooks some other houses out the back. The breakfast provided was delicious there was a large variety of food. Overall a great visit!

Lovely location with good walking access to most things. Love the high water pressure. Nice breakfast and everything is very clean.

The price-performance ratio is top. Here you can feel the warm atmosphere at home. The rooms and the Breakfast, I can complain about nothing. Here there is a Sauna in the evening is often in operation. I also found the Laundry service is also top. To recommend is for people who're not looking for a luxury holiday, but it's quiet and warm like just.

I had a beef fillet in the picture. It was really good and specially the sauce for the fillet was absolutely wonderful. Vegetable salad is also good and they have draft beers from brewery. Highly recommand. The lady and server were kind and friendly. Thanks for a great dinner.

The staff were good, helpful and friendly. Location is the best with river Lech and few minutes walk to old city and Lech water fall. Love this place, stayed here for four nights have a magical view of the river and mountains. Staff really good too. Only thing is that the hotel dosent have a restaurant but old town is very near.

We arrived before midnight, 11:30 pm, because of our trip from the Netherlands to Italy. Very nice hotel and clean rooms. But most important: the hospitality is very, very nice. The guy that checked us in is very kind and he was very interested in us as visitors. Super nice!!

Good place, but too small bed, no free wifi

The hotel is located in a small town Füssen close (around 4 km) from the Neuschwanstein castle, on the side of a forest. The building of the hotel is like a mansion with a big garten. When you enter, you start to feel yourself like a baron. The whole mood of the place is majestic. The room we were in was tiny, but clean. There was no minibar, but a bottle of not expensive wine was prepared in the room...

Pros: Nice new hotel in Füssen. Secluded villa feel/setting, even though you are minutes from the town center. Very nice staff. English speaking. Unique layout that didn't feel like a hotel. Cons: Walls are paper thin. I could hear the guy in the next room clear his throat. The breakfast was less than I've been getting at comparable hotels around Germany/Bavaria. I would stay again.

Very nice stay. I enjoyed the decor, the room, and the people. It's very walkable to get to the middle of Füssen (10-15 min walk) and it has some nice views.

I loved my stay at Villa Toscana! The room was romantic and beautiful. The location feels quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city but is an easy walk to the town, shops, restaurants, and train station. Perfect place to stay if you are thinking about going sight seeing to the castles. Breakfast service is absolutely delicious and their wine bar has a pretty large menu with some beer as well...

Much like a bed and breakfast. Be aware the lift shuts down around 8pm and you'll need to climb the stairs. The grounds are nice and the location feels remote. About 10 minutes walk to the train.

The room condition is good and I like that I can use the sauna. It's also good for walking around. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Fussen Station, so it's within walking distance. The breakfast is also delicious.

This is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I get the chance, I would like to stay for more than two nights again.
