Very friendly and polite Staff. The brealkfast buffet hat everything you could wish for and had everyday something new to offer. It was great. The swimming pool was also very nice. Being a British vedgetarian in the alps of Bravaria I knew that there were would problems with food. Great views of the Alps! The staff is friendly and helpful. The vegetarian burger with feta cheese was phenomenal!! All the other meals were also good (but as an American, I’d rather have coleslaw beside the burger instead of on it).

Everything was perfect. My room had a nice view towards the Reinplatt mountains and it was very spacious and confortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely return as there are plenty of things to do around the hotel, for people that like outdoor activities

I was only in the restaurant, so this review is only about that. Food was good and prices were ok, but the worst about it was the service. Maybe was a bad day for some of them but they were slow and not very friendly. We decided to end the dinner without desert otherwise we will still be waiting for some of them...

It is the attention to detail that makes this place a cut above the rest. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients. Best stake in have had in Germany and a wonderful staff. Delicious 5 course meal with surf and turf for 40 Euro. Definitely a great find. Side not - in Germany is a standard to cook a steak medium. You have to ask cooked differently. I had mine medium rare and it was perfect.

We only stayed for a night (arriving after midnight) Very kind staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Furniture, carpets and curtains have seen better days, but you still feel the style and class it used to have. Beds were perfect, showers worked perfectly. We enjoyed the short stay and have no complaints.

The hotel was amazing. The beds are comfortable. The shower has amazing water pressure. The water is from the mountains and unfiltered. The breakfast has a huge selection of foods, including bacon and eggs, fancy cheeses, a yogurt bar, self-serve organic tea station with cotton bags to make your own teas, Kombucha, pastries, and more. Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts. Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. Very nice hotel Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. I think the hotel staff are not used to foreign guests. Mistakes were made on getting my reservation right - saying I had booked for two nights when it was three. The reservation confirmation was confusing because I check out on Tuesday but the billing and breakfast inclusion was only up to the Monday. I received the wrong bill at the Bavarian restaurant. We spontaneously decided to spend a night at Gut Ising and we didn't regret it. Short walk or taxi from hotel to the ferry landing that takes you around Lake Chiemsee, that allows for a quieter, more relaxing lake experience. Included breakfast buffet was in a beautiful setting. The view is beautiful and the food is delicious.

Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept.

The Garden Hotel Reinhart has more than earned its classification. Discovered it while passing through. Excellent lakeside location.
