Stayed for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location is good, a walking distance to public transport. We asked for slippers and they provided us with it which was great. We had complimentary bottles of water in the fridge.
The only negative thing is that there was no kettle or any complimentary tea/coffee set in the room.

I can’t say much about the interior design or whether Estrel lives up to its 4-star standard. But the entrance hall is massive, there are many small restaurants and cafés, and it’s a great place for trade fairs, congresses, and training sessions. It’s spacious, well-lit, and overall, I’d say I can recommend it.

The Portofina Restaurant was very good with a small menu.
The Grill—not so much. Staff was less than friendly and the rump steak was very tough. Service was not good.
Front desk and Concierge Services were very good.
We were on 3rd floor and our mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The floor might have been better.
Pillow top on top of mattress was worn completely out. A 7 day stay has wrecked our back muscles. We asked for additional comforters and received one only so very little help.

What an lovely place to be. It’s so huge and well maintained. Modern cutlery with premium services is what Everyone likes. When I 1st time came to Berlin, I had a place nearby and used to visit this place for a relaxing time

We stayed here over Christmas while visiting our son. Beautiful place with interesting art. Food in Italian restaurant was amazing. Breakfast choice was excellent. Only one member of staff was miserable at the bar area. She was a young bartender who needs to smile a bit more. Otherwise our stay was amazing. We will be back again as our son lives close by. Well done and thank you.🇮🇪

Rooms look okay, but beds are awful. Have not slept at all. They put a big light on in their
Main plaza which makes it super bright in the room (its connected to the plaza inside.)

Quite a nice hotel near the airport. Stayed for one night in a standard room. Rooms were equipped with all you can expect from a 4 star hotel except a kettle, toiletries and free bottled water but didn't really matter since I had my own.

This is a very poor hotel. The area is sketchy and bad. The service is terrible. The food is overpriced and disgusting. The breakfast is a madhouse buffet style of people shoving and pushing through long lines - not good food at all that you have to pay extra money for on top of your room price. People leave dirty dishes and trash all over the place.
There is not enough staff to feed people or clean up after they finish breakfast. So you’re sitting at tables with other people’s dirty dishes. There are not enough staff to even check people in. There is no conditioner or shampoo in the showers either only body wash. The water bottles are $5 euros each. The beds are tiny single or twin beds that are not very comfortable and the pillows are not comfortable either.
The staff are rude and unhelpful. They are severely understaffed, unorganized and unprepared for large groups. There is no coffee or tea in the rooms. We had steak that was served smothered in some kind of gross brown sauce that was a crime against steak.
It is mind blowingly insane that this place has such good reviews. Do not be fooled this is definitely not not not a 4 star hotel.

Good money for value. Common places are nicer than rooms, I’d take away carpeting for hygiene reasons. Staff were super nice.

I was there fir a convention. It was a massive hotel but felt sozy at the same time. They had couches everywhere. The Train is about a 10 minute walk so that was very convenient. There is a grocery store down the road. I was a very nice place.
