I'm currently still staying here, so my rating might change, but so far, it has not been ideal.
In the first room, I had no hot water in the shower. After 3 different maintenance folks checked it out, nothing changed. I finally got someone willing to move me rooms after a day and a half. Rebekka and Manuel were extremely helpful!
Currently, I'm in another room (with hot water now), but my fridge doesn't work, and there's a burnt smell, like a fuse blew. I had 3 new maintenance guys come in and work the breaker since my outlets and TV weren't working either. The fridge still doesn't work.. Then they left without putting the ceiling tiles back (photo).
Yes, it's in a good location, and I do like breakfast. Half the folks seem to care, while others seem annoyed at times. I don't complain really at all, but I do expect everything to work properly at an established hotel. I will say that others in my group are not having the issues I am, so maybe third times the charm with rooms?

It was a nice hotel, nice rooms, the location was a bit annoying to get to. The breakfast was amazing however their 24/7 snacks were kinda lazy for example the nachos are just corn chips microwaved with cheese slices on top. Over good hotel though and would stay there again.

During my recent stay at Hilton Berlin, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Hotel itself spectacular beautiful, looks luxury with bar in the lobby and restaurant for breakfast with amazing view. Rooms looks beautiful and spaced enough with nice furniture, but room was not vacuumed properly so nails from previous customer was everywhere on the floor. Hotel provides slippers and bathrobe that very comfy. Location is heart of the city, nothing can be better. Beautiful city and nice hotel. Looking forward for more stays in the future. Recommend

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Berlin, and it was fantastic! The location is perfect—just a short walk from attractions like Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island. The rooms are modern and spacious, with great city views. I loved the breakfast buffet and appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The interior design of the lobby was also great. It was clean and the staff was very welcoming. The bar was also a nice touch and not overpriced.

My stay at Hilton Berlin was amazing. It’s my first stay with Hilton and my expectations were high, and rightfully so. All the expectations I had were exceeded tenfold. I would like to point out some people that were especially memorable to me. From the Front Desk it was Monica, Michaela, Luca and Konstantin. They gave me the best first and last impression of the hotel and the amazing service. Always smiling and going above and beyond to help with any questions one may have, which I had a lot of. I would also like to give a shoutout to Lucky in the Executive Lounge for giving us the best end to our day with his happy attitude and nice chats. Other than the wonderful staff, the room itself was amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean throughout our entire stay. Well done to the Housekeeping!Overall the stay was an 100/10 and if I ever visit Berlin again, Hilton Berlin is my hotel of choice!

Probably the worst Hilton I've stayed at. No where near as nice as others around the world. We had issues with our shower where the water would change from boiling hot to freezing cold with no notice. This burnt my partner's head multiple times while she was washing her hair. While Hilton did provide a discount on the room rate for 1 night only, it should have been applied to the entire stay since the issue was only fixed the day we checked out. Disappointing

Not a great experience here. I don't understand why there are so many high ratings. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. She switched my room booking so they could possibly be in the same room each night, but even then said we had to switch rooms twice. On the day of the room switch, we packed all of our stuff went downstairs just to be told that we can stay in the room after all and a different member was confused why the previous employee had me do that. The bed had an unpleasant smell on one side and I don't believe that our tub was properly cleaned. Stayed a few nights and the rooms trash wasn't even taken out each day. I don't understand the high cost for low quality. The spa/sauna was shutdown for one of the days of the stay as well. Location I gave higher rating because it is by a train stop and service I gave an extra star because of nice hospitality from room service and from the bar. Overall, spend your money elsewhere.

Location is great.
Rooms, Service and quality is low especially if you’re used to 5 star hotels in Asian or Europe. It’s the third time my company has booked me in this hotel and I’ve disliked it each time.
