Reviews
Walking distance to the metro.
The staff is courteous and helpful.
They offer breakfast but it is pricey.
Breakfast is overpriced gor a tiny unwelcoming buffet (21 per adult, €10 per child) and underwhelming: if you arrive after 10am, food is already being cleared away. At 10:30 sharp, a staff member comes to ask you to leave the room—no flexibility, no courtesy.
The general atmosphere is cold, sometimes even unpleasant. Staff are unsmiling and occasionally rude, whether at breakfast or at the front desk. No warm welcome, no thank you or goodbye, and no printed invoice when checking out, just a vague promise to send it by email.
The location is another downside: far from interesting neighborhoods, very few nearby shops or restaurants, and the area felt slightly dodgy and uninspiring for us
Finally, the price is simply not justified: €1200 for 4 nights + €240 for 3 days of breakfast. On top of that, everything extra is expensive (10€ paid pool access, €20 to wash a shirt, €25 Not worth it for such poor service.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.
From check in to check out, the service was friendly and effecient.
I stayed in large room and the room was spacious, cool, and had a great shower.
The location was ideal for our purposes, it was a nice walk to the transit station and places of interest in Kreuzberg.
Thank you for a great stay in Berlin!
I booked a Business Double Room based on the photos and descriptions shown on the BOOKING site, which clearly depicted a layout with an extra bed suitable for a family. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different room — only one large bed, no extra bed, and no option to add one due to "no availability." I was told it would have cost extra anyway, which was never clearly stated during the booking process.
When I raised the issue, the front desk staff — especially one male receptionist — was rude and dismissive. Despite explaining that I was in mid-pregnancy and traveling with a small child, I received no understanding or support. I was simply blamed for the situation.
Later, I discovered the same room was being sold online at less than half the price I paid, with better conditions included.
This experience left me feeling stressed, physically unwell, and completely unsupported. I would not recommend this hotel to families, expecting mothers, or travelers who rely on accurate information when booking.
