Very accommodative, friendly, welcoming. I am not a German speaker but they tried to communicate with me and make things very easy.

A perfect place for family vacation. Clean and high quality rooms, very friendly staff. We loved the food, the chef is the expert of meats. Hotel is located in a lovely little village with a surprisingly big spa and a nice park for afternoon walks.

We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff recognize me as soon as I talk to her. They have private parking place and offer free parking. The room is clean and comfort to stay. Very nice breakfast and the staff is super nice and warm. We also tried their sauna and have good rest after a long day in Neuschwanstein. The only thing you need to note is that there's about 20 mins walk without a car...

Very enjoyable stay at the Zur Post. Rooms were simple but clean, sights from the hotel were lovely. Breakfast was generous and filling and everyone that worked there was very nice. Only two slight issues which is that there is no lift and so many stairs and that hair dryer is nightmare to use with no power at all. Stayed here twice, and will again. Great location, lovely rooms, good food. Both times with nice balcony views of the castles across the way. Well situated at the south end of the Romantische Strasse just when the Alps are looming. Pretty impressive with the castles and the mountains in view.

Zur Post offers a nice accommodation. Our room was clean, spacious and had a great bathroom. Also the staff was helpful and friendly. The reason for one star less is the breakfast. It couldn't keep up with the overall good standard.

Very nice hotel in the small town of Schwangau. Very friendly staff. If you arrive by bus, there is a bus stop just across the street. My only complaint is, since there is no air conditioning (normal for Europe) I slept with the windows open and I could here patrons at the small Italian restaurant across the street on their patio as late as 02:00 (2:00am)

The Hotel Christine is a lovely hotel. The rooms are comfortable and you have a shared balcony that runs along the side of the building. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the town center and train station. I just walked it as the weather was nice but taking the bus or a taxi would be sensible in bad weather or if you have a lot of luggage. Nice dinner and breakfast. Excellent hotel in a cute little town! Cobble stone streets and people on bikes abound. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The balcony overlooks some other houses out the back. The breakfast provided was delicious there was a large variety of food. Overall a great visit!

Really a good place where to stay to visit the Bavarian castles. The family room was clean and huge. We got the half board service and the dinner gave us the possibility to taste some typical dishes and healthy food. The swimming pool was small but clean and saunas restoting. An acktiv hotel where recharge your batteries and relax.

Great hotel just outside if Fussen. Room are well sized, comfy and clean. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. Walk into the aldstat is 10 minutes alongside the riverway.

I stayed at this hotel a while ago. Currently looking at another trip in this area once we can travel and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff, owner and accommodation were perfect in a beautifully picturesque village. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel tucked away behind the city. Speaking with the hotel staff that easily spoke English they explained the incredible history of the hotel. When I came down for breakfast in the morning they had a table set and reserved for me. This was a wonderful experience.

This is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I get the chance, I would like to stay for more than two nights again.

We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job. The concept is self check in which works well. There is parking and also a charging station.

Right near the Austrian border, and the feet of Germany’s highest mountain (just under 3 km) the “Zugspitse”, this chalet is a magnificent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful people, very nice (and very clean) rooms with excellent beds and nice bathroom. Good pricing and an excellent restaurant ( managed by a different owner ) is literally next door.

Very decent hotel, it's clean and spacious. We lived in the penthouse, the ceiling is in acceptable height. And the view is superb, you can look at the lake and the park from the room or baloney. Small in size but big on service. Comfortable rooms and located just 15 minutes from Füssen and the castles. Good breakfast. The parking is a challenge because it is right on the main road a very tight spaces. Ask for a room off the highway if you sleep with an open window.
