We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff recognize me as soon as I talk to her. They have private parking place and offer free parking. The room is clean and comfort to stay. This was one of our favorite hotels on our European trip. Just what we wanted for German style and ambience. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, well located near Neuschwanstein and the Tegelberg bahn. The breakfast was phenomenal! This is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job. The concept is self check in which works well. There is parking and also a charging station.

I visited for four days at the beginning of November with my wife and two adults daughters. We found the hotel very comfortable, the staff very nice, and the food excellent. I highly recommend the hotel as a base for days visiting Neuschwanstein Linderhof, and Fussel. Unfortunately, our guide at Neuschwanstein was very robotic, but that was not the hotel's fault.
