My best friend and I spent two nights here in September 2024 as part of our trip. Staff was very courteous and the check-in process was very smooth. The premises were kept spotless and the surroundings were quiet. Our room in the Jagerhaus was just as pictured with a comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, and an incredible view of both castles. Parking was across the hotel in a secured lot and we had no issues...

The service was excellent overall, except during breakfast. The staff member at the egg station was unfortunately not friendly. I simply went over and politely asked for an omelette. In response, She loudly and rudely said, ‘Can’t you see the pan is still occupied?’ Other guests turned to look. I don’t understand why it wasn’t possible to respond in a polite manner.

Perfect from start to finish! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the spa was great. The views throughout the hotel were breathtaking, and the highlight? The pool with its stunning view of the castle—just wow! I highly recommend it, 10/10!

There are only 2-3 short-term parking spaces at the main entrance on Kreuzweg. The large, free main car park is somewhat inconspicuously signposted: access shortly beforehand via Alten Schwinkelweg, then turn left at the intersection of Kröb/Kreuzweg/Tassiloweg. It's easy to drive past the sign and then have to turn around. Directly at the large main parking lot, e.g. on the terrace of the cafeteria...

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The view is amazing. I fully recommend this hotel. There are castles few minutes away that are must to visit and learn more about the history and the culture. The view on the Alps is surreal.

Beautiful location for relaxation or fitness. The choice is yours. The staff make you feel valued and special. The resort is outstanding for accommodation restaurant, sauna, swimming and exercise programs. I have visited 4 times and have enjoyed it so much every time.

I felt very comfortable and well looked after: good therapists, nice room, delicious, varied food, nice staff, great landscape! Although the daily routine was fairly well-paced with treatments and meals, the rehab felt like three weeks of vacation.

This wellness spa is an absolute must and I'll definitely visit again (and again)! The service I received from check-in throughout my stay was impeccable. Everyone was courteous and friendly, in both German and English. I signed up for two separate spa treatments and both were great!

We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff recognize me as soon as I talk to her. They have private parking place and offer free parking. The room is clean and comfort to stay. Very nice breakfast and the staff is super nice and warm. We also tried their sauna and have good rest after a long day in Neuschwanstein. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the town center and train station. I just walked it as the weather was nice but taking the bus or a taxi would be sensible in bad weather or if you have a lot of luggage. Nice dinner and breakfast. AC would have been nice as it got warm in the afternoon but not necessary.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to the pedestrian street, with picturesque scenery nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from, including Italian restaurants, Japanese restaurants and BBQ restaurants, which are very close to the hotel. The front desk guy is very nice:)

The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

The hotel is located in a small town Füssen close (around 4 km) from the Neuschwanstein castle, on the side of a forest. The building of the hotel is like a mansion with a big garten. I loved my stay at Villa Toscana! The room was romantic and beautiful. The location feels quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city but is an easy walk to the town, shops, restaurants, and train station. We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

Stayed there in August 2024. Too high price for a room without air-conditioning. If the swimming pool is not of interest for u, this hotel might not be the 1st option. The apartment is new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and the towels are of high quality. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. We spent nice time on the terrace that was heading towards the park. Many activities close by.
