I used to stay here a few years ago and so impressed with everything. Thus, I came back again. The hotel's location is really good, bc it's close to the Neuschwanstein castle and also next to the Alpsee lake. The hotel is very nice and cozy. The room space is very comfy too.

Hello everyone, I was at this clinic for three weeks in September 2025 for lumbar disc surgery. Top-notch treatments! Top-notch consultations! Top-notch service in the dining room and cafe! I visited my grandma, and she said her doctor was very nice. Unfortunately, I also have to say that the prices are really not worth the quality. Regular drinks are fine, but the ice cream prices are pretty outrageous for ice cubes in the ice cream. The service was very friendly, though, which is why I was considering giving it 4 stars.

I visited for four days at the beginning of November with my wife and two adults daughters. We found the hotel very comfortable, the staff very nice, and the food excellent. I highly recommend the hotel as a base for days visiting Neuschwanstein Linderhof, and Fussel. Unfortunately, our guide at Neuschwanstein was very robotic, but that was not the hotel's fault.

The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

This is a great stay, enough bed space for family of 4 person. The room are warm during the night and bath room as well. We enjoyed the bath tub after a full day activity. I stayed at this hotel a while ago. Currently looking at another trip in this area once we can travel and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff, owner and accommodation were perfect in a beautifully picturesque village. Highly recommended.

The location feels quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city but is an easy walk to the town, shops, restaurants, and train station. The hotel facilities are good, the surrounding environment is good and quiet. But the location is relatively remote, the breakfast is monotonous, there are no vegetables, the fruits are very few and the quality is very poor, and the restaurant waiters have no sense of service at all.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a river nearby, so it's a great location for a stroll. I wasn't feeling well so I couldn't use the sauna, but I'd like to try it next time. The front desk staff were kind, and although some of them had difficulty speaking English, they were able to help me politely. The lodge-style room was spacious.

This is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I get the chance, I would like to stay for more than two nights again.

We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing.
