The service was excellent overall, except during breakfast. The staff member at the egg station was unfortunately not friendly. I simply went over and politely asked for an omelette. I visited my grandma, and she said her doctor was very nice. Unfortunately, I also have to say that the prices are really not worth the quality. Regular drinks are fine, but the ice cream prices are pretty outrageous for ice cubes in the ice cream. The service was very friendly, though, which is why I was considering giving it 4 stars.

Our second stay at Rübezahl. The atmosphere, the attention to detail, the staff, the food and the spa were excellent the first time. This time they were even better! The views of, and the walking in, the foothills of the Alps are tremendous. A wonderful, relaxing stay - we will return.

I visited for four days at the beginning of November with my wife and two adults daughters. We found the hotel very comfortable, the staff very nice, and the food excellent. I highly recommend the hotel as a base for days visiting Neuschwanstein Linderhof, and Fussel. Unfortunately, our guide at Neuschwanstein was very robotic, but that was not the hotel's fault.

We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff recognize me as soon as I talk to her. They have private parking place and offer free parking. The room is clean and comfort to stay. The room curtains only have one layer of screen, and the staff told me that this is the design of a new hotel. I can only say that Germans are more open-minded. There is no kettle in the room, and the bed is very soft. The breakfast is very rich!

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. But please note that there's no air-condition (even fan function) when outside temperature is under 20 degrees. I was told that I have to open the window if I need fresh air. So I opened the window and heard cars passing by the street all night long.

I loved my stay at Villa Toscana! The room was romantic and beautiful. The location feels quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city but is an easy walk to the town, shops, restaurants, and train station.
