Motel One-Fleetinsel

Our recent stay at the Motel One was nothing short of delightful, leaving us thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the reception team stood out with their warm and friendly demeanor, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Their attentiveness and genuine pride in their hotel were evident in every interaction, making us feel valued as guests.

The room, though modest in size, was thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. It was immaculately clean, with attention to detail that did not go unnoticed, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment throughout our stay.

One of the highlights was the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. The variety of options available catered to all tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to heartier, cooked dishes. The quality and presentation of the food added to the overall positive experience.

It is safe to say that this will not be our last visit to Motel One. The combination of exceptional service, warm hospitality, and thoughtful amenities has left us eager to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

Everything great! We were a family and were placed on a connected family room, that was 2 rooms together, so we had 2 toilets. The rooms were a bit small, but the fact we had two was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful, bioproducts and nice bread! Location is also very good, really close to Miniatur Wunderland!

Little line for breakfast which was understandable because you get seated. While waiting to get a seat/table a employee kindly offered an espresso. Really small but at the same time big gesture.

City center within 10 minutes walk!

Very impressed by professional service, bright and clean room, wonderful breakfast options, great bar, and exceptionally competitive price. Was presented with sparkling water on arrival (complimentary) and a room upgrade with a balcony overlooking a canal (didn't stay long enough to take advantage but very nice). Definitely recommend and will be keeping this and other Motel Ones at the top of my list. About 20-25min walk from the train station...

Cons:
The room was a bit small and I was expecting more from the breakfast the food range was limited (apart boiled eggs there was no warm food...)

Pros:
The hotel is modern and well positioned close to a metro /train station .
The bed was comfortable.

I would recommend another hotel in Hamburg (Madison Hotel) which is closer and better overall, if the price difference is not a problem.

I have been staying at Motel One on each and every travel occasion, different countries and cities, ever since I've book a city break in Edinburgh, 8 years ago. I've experience a pleasant stay every time, professionalism, hospitality, great breakfast, fantastic locations, cleanliness, just great quality at a decent price. I do look no further to other hotels, when I book my travels. Highly recommended 🙏🙌🌟💯

Nice hotel with a cozy lounge area including bar facilities. Arriving with car the parking basement had spaces of reasonable sizes 👍 The rooms are a little small but accomodate all you need. Personally I missed the classic breakfast option with scrambled eggs, bacon etc., which would have made the fifth star for me 😊

Nice hotel, good service, clean and well maintained spaces around the whole hotel. The location of the hotel is just excellent, especially in case you are interested in spending time in the centre of Hamburg city. Well-connected to public transports as well. Definitely a strongly recommended option when visiting the centre of Hamburg city
