The East Experience is spectacular!
Very nice concept, great staff and amazing interior deco.
Rosario is an amazing host!
Only weak spot is the indication in the underground car park.
We took the elevator in U2 and had to walk 600m with luggage after a 600km drive.
Having clear signage of which elevator to take would have made this stay heavenly!

A cool, hip hotel in the center of Hamburg. Really conveniently located. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. A great respite after touring Hamburg. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I recently visited East Hotel Restaurant a couple of days ago for a romantic date, and it was an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a top-notch restaurant for a romantic date or a stylish place to dine out, this is the perfect spot. I highly recommend booking your table in advance.
Despite having numerous tables, the restaurant manages to maintain a cozy and comfortable ambiance. The menu, while not extensive, offers a variety of dishes with unique twists. The presentation of the food is stunning and mouth-watering.
The service was excellent and attentive, making us feel like we had our own private dining experience. Everything was prompt and kind, adding to our overall comfort and happiness. The ambiance was both relaxing and luxurious, with a high-end feel throughout. The cleanliness was impeccable.
Located in the Riverbarn or Central Hamburg area, the restaurant is easily accessible. Although it's not a cheap place, the high-end dining experience justifies the price. If you're looking for a luxurious night out, you will be satisfied with the pricing.

The hotel and nice and modern but there no insulation in the rooms facing the indoor patio. They are playing loud music during the week days until 01:30AM and the bass are vibrating in the bedroom. If you are looking for a quiet place this is clearly to be avoided especially given the price of room!

Check in process was so poor and lengthy. Instead of getting the guest information ready in the system, the guest needs to type everything in themselves up on arrival. The touch screen used for the checkin was not responsive and very difficult to use.
Restaurant staff were amazing and so friendly.
Lighting in the room was not sufficient, however the bed was comfy. Very difficult to ask for something/help once you are in the room.

Just checked in. Guests filled in all check in information at the check in counter by themselves. My rooms is designed in a way that i had to take a suitcase up the stairs, the staff was nice to help out. But I think the stairs should not be required. Poor signage to the room.
All communications are done via chatbot. Requested for an adaptor, ironing board and an iron. The response was all of these are not available. Whenever, its ready, it will be delivered to the room.
Personally would not return to this hotel.

Beyond everything I was expecting. It was a lovely stay. Amazing location, I was fortunate to have the suite with the balcony. Room was comfy and very clean. I loved the service, people in reception and restaurant. Honestly an awesome experience. I was there for a conference for almost a week and I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Bad check in - even worse check out.
Well we arrived around 2 pm ( Check in is at 4 pm). And as we always do when we arrive a bit early to check at any hotel, see if the room is ready anyways. I think it was the hotel manager that said that it was not, but at 3.15 pm it would be ready, that was of course fine and we left. When we came back at that time, his colleague (who was really unfriendly ) said that it was not ready, maybe 5 - 10 min, we could wait on the sofas. Just a hint, many hotels kindly get your mobile number so they can contact you when it is ready, this is good service. So we left again surprised and feeling, this is really bad service. We came back 10 min to 4pm, Again the room was not ready!... wauw. Still rude service and we went to the bar. It was a very bad experience.
I will say that the hotel has a thing online where you can bid money at an early check in. So it feels more like a hotel policy not to give the rooms out early.
When we checked out, the staff asked if we had a good time, and I said it could have been better, and we explained the lousy check in experience. She did not think it was a problem at all. It was ok, she said.
Also the breakfast was not good, it did not taste of anything.
I can only say, stay at Tortue Hamburg, this is a much better hotel in every way, this is where we will stay next time in Hamburg.

Wanted to have a coffee only as I fast and don't eat breakfast. Was told very abruptly that I am not allowed in the restaurant and to sit upstairs in reception. When I complained to the reception another rude staff member told me its incase I steal food from the buffet.
This is not a cheap budget hotel and tries very hard to be cool and luxe. Your service and silly rules our dated. I work and stay in Hamburg V frequently and will never set foot in your hotel again.
Sloppy, unprofessional and not acceptable behaviour.

Lovely stay, as always, with convenient access from the garage directly under the hotel. Staff was attentive and to the point, happy to be back very soon.
