I suffered from food poisoning after dining at the hotel restaurant and was left without any assistance.
Traveling alone and too weak to get up, I called reception multiple times — no help.
I ended up going down in my bathrobe, holding a basin.
At night, the staff simply told me: “I’m alone, I can’t do anything.”
No support. No solution.
For a hotel of this standard, this is simply unacceptable — especially when it comes to health and safety
One of the worst Price-Experience I had for years.
Bathrooms are terribly looking, lights were broken and no toothpaste.
No phone in room to call the reception
TV screencast wasn't working, No way to find english speaking channels when they announced cable was available...
And worst, When we called reception (with our own handys) no one was able to give informations on how to use their hotel screencast services.... TV start sending a wifi network but no one knows what the code to connect it is...
We had also taken a deluxe room, but we were given I guess the worst possible they could have given us ; I can only think it was of our punkish styles, that differ from what that peeps are used to see there. So yeah... We travel a lot, this is the worst experience I had in the past 10 years in term of Price/Experience.
No coffee machine or water boiler in the room.
No phone in the room to call reception in case of need (only one in the corridor for every floor).
Room keys got de-magnetized twice during my stay and I was blamed it was my fault because putting the key close to the mobile phone.
No towel provided in the gym (1st case of any hotels I ever visited).
Breakfast and parking very expensive 28€ / 25€.
Room are nice and the view is also nice but the negative aspect is the attitude of the people at the reception, I think the most unpolite I have ever seen in an hotel. Especially the reception turn leader.
However, the room lacked an electric kettle, which I'm just used to being in a hotel room, and neither the HDMI nor the casting worked on the TV. Minor details, but very important for some.
All that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
