Great hotel, no need for a mask if you are recovered or vaccinated. The friendliness makes it a very relaxed atmosphere. The bar is also great and relaxed. You are also very mindful of the distance and feel safe. The drinks and food there are great. Highly recommended...we really enjoyed our 4 days there.

I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and it remains one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast alone is worth the trip, but the rooms are well appointed and the staff is very friendly. I've stayed in many hotels where they claim to be 5 star but they were lacking in many areas. That's just not the case here and I'm a little surprised at the harsh comments from other people.

Whenever I rate a hotel or restaurant I look at three things: a) service/courtesy I booked a room with seaview. When entering the room I found that it was obstructed seaview. Hence I contacted the reservation and was told that I must have overlooked the comment. I told them, that my reservation clearly mentions seaview. After 5 minutes I was offered a different room with the request to pay 60 Euros...

The hotel is very nice. We had a lovely suite that faced the Baltic Sea which was so wonderful to see from our room everyday. The hotel employees are very accommodating and very friendly. We look forward to our next trip there.

Very nice place with great breakfast and dinner. Animals are allowed and they have feathered pillows....which is not good for people with allergies. They would not turn the sauna on before 14.30 even though we we are in there for a massage. Staff were helpful and nice in the restaurant but not at reception! In fact they were fairly rude.

Cozy arrangement at the golf course. Nice appartment with kitchen and enough space for a Family of four. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast Buffet is good and the restaurants provide a good Option. WiFi is a bit lacking.

We spent 3 days at your Golfresidenz, and had a really good experience for the second year. Played one time on the short south course and two times on the north course, both of them spectacular. Big nice rooms and good service and food. Can only recommend.

Lovely golfcourse with lots of space and log fairways. Greens were a bit uneven and could be better. Rooms were pleasant and spacious with good beds. Restaurant had good food and outstanding service. All in all a great experience visiting Timmendorfer Strand Golfresidenz.

Very nice and quite new 'seaside style hotel' central located in Timmendorfer. Finally a hotel where you fell at home, and not just another ugly concrete-block, as hotels are most. Beds are good! The place have soul and is cozy. Staff was friendly. Good value for money and certainly recommendable.

Loved the food, hated the service. Service just didn't jive with ordering by waitress instead of the app. Oddly pandemic.

Great location, great view, great food but the service staffed wasn't friendly.... Walked into the restaurant we passed 10 wait staff and nobody even greeted us while leaving the same.. If you spend some money on a good meal the least you expect is a friendly goodbye and an invitation to return...

Great hotel, with a wonderful spa. It's literally on the beach and have beautiful window views of the sea. Swimming pool, sauna and massages. The breakfast is simply spectacular and the two restaurants are also worth a visit. The bedroom is very comfortable. In resume, a nice place to relax during the vacation time.

If you're going to Scharbeautz, stay here. Sauna, patio, restaurant, pool and rooftop bar are well serviced, immaculate and luxorius. I especially liked the Himylanian salt lined sauna.

The only Hotel directly at the beach. Great Service staff and an amazing restaurant with one of the nicest views on the rooftop. A must stay and dine for best experience.

Maritim was a great hotel! Feels like a resort, and close to the beach. Fantastic pool. Walk back from the beach is all uphill, and rooms desperately need to be updated. Buffet is expensive but the breakfast is fantastic.

I only spent a night in the apartment down the street with my cousin. Modern but needing some finishing touches like art on the walls and some basic cupboards in the bedroom for clothes. The location is a distance from the beach but didn’t mind that. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and I have never seen a breakfast buffet as nice and included! Our stay in the Romantik Hotel Fuchsbau was very pleasant. We booked last minute for a reduced price and even got an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel is perfect for your staying here. The room is nice and cozy. The bed is so comfortable for a good sleep. The breakfast is fantastic with salmon and champagne. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We arrived late after 11 pm but they wait for us. I will return here with pleasure.

We checked in yesterday in the evening. Great service! Asked for an extra bed for my kid and besides the bed, the receptionist brought all sorts of extras including kids sized bath ropes and small pillows. Just made us feel very welcome!

I go to the appartments since over 15 years, because it is quiet, very close to the beach and you can use the spa of the hotel. There are even a nice swimming pool and saunas in the basement. You can stay with 4 or more persons on the rooms. Also with animals. There are enough parking lots or park close for free, unloading in front of the appartments is no problem.

The Hotel was really fantastic. As a family and friend with two kids. We booked two rooms. We came in the hotel very early and our room was ready. We didn't wait. Location and service was awesome. It is near also at the beach to take the sun anytime. We will plan again next year. Maybe that time all renovation are finished. 5 star for flamingo.

Nice small rooms. We had one with a view on the balcony of neighbouring hotel, so the curtains were always closed. Breakfast is tasty and fitting, includes champagne. Minus: very cold water in the swimming pool, bad sound insulation (one can hear the elevator going up and down all niggt long)

I came by just for a coffee at the terrace and it was quite dissappointing. I mean 5 star hotel and you get a cappuccino from an automat... Please, please, buy a proper machine and employ barista. On the other hand, service was really nice (which saved this place from 1 star..).

My partner and I stayed at the Ancora Hotel for a short vacation, we were very satisfied! :-) The hotel is in the second row, the bus stop and private parking space are directly from the door. It takes a maximum of 2 minutes to walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center. What more do you want?! :-) The breakfast was very tasty and the double room with balcony we had was also great and clean...

The hotel is quite centrally located but quiet. The room was very good, but there is a star deduction because of the very small closet. We almost just lived out of a suitcase. I take another star because of the WiFi that we couldn't use. Breakfast was ok.

We were this summer for the 5th time in this comfortable and top located hotel. This time we were again completely satisfied. Service and the well-being of the guests is the top priority here and therefore even unusual wishes are personally fulfilled (thanks again to the owner Mr. Lehmann and his team 😉) We will definitely come a sixth time!!

A highly recommended small hotel. Very neat and clean. Family charm, but not intrusive - typically North German. CLASS - that's how I like it! It was a short but very pleasant stay. The excellent breakfast and it's great that there is a small tea kitchen! Thank you very much, gladly again!
