Just stayed at the eden roc cap cana!
I must say MELVIN our personal concierge went way above and beyond making sure our stay was absolutely superb, from confirming our reservations at the blue restaurant to booking our daily excursions.

Let's talk about food. The food was absolutely 10/10 and it's KOSHER! and more so it's CHOLOV YISREAL!

for breakfast and lunch the major d her name is yocaira welcomed us with a smile and new exactly who we were and that we needed kosher! On the last day we went on a early morning excursion and when we got back for lunch she noticed and asked us where we were for breakfast. The entire staff goes above and beyond and are super friendly

I must also mention MILTON our server for breakfast and lunch was absolutely amazing. He always greeted us so warmly with a smile and made sure our day was being fantastic.

The golf cart ride to villa takes about 3 minutes and has breathtaking views

If ur looking for kosher options in the Dominican republic this is the only AND BEST place to go!

Stayed 4 days in Eden roc. Food was better than most resorts. Very fresh though the quantity of certain dish was minimal. I was still hungry after eating the raviolis. The breakfast was not exciting with cheap fruits and breads. We sometimes felt pushed by staff to order more than we needed. As a reference, a quick lunch at the casual Blue restaurant ( two poke bowls, I glass of wine and a juice )was well over 100$.
Beach was beautiful and free from seaweed but very small. No walking here. Most of the coast is taken by a beautiful seaside golf on both sides. There were plenty of lounging chairs with umbrellas. There is very little to do at this resort, just swimming and lounging. Bicycles can be rented at 25$a day but nothing else. What was very frustrating was that the pools and beach close at 6pm. We were very thankful for our private pool but people in beachfront apartments felt annoyed.
We had a villa with a pool and loved everything about them. Both were big and perfect .We liked the outdoor shower and the big closet.
We were dismayed to find a 75$ minibar on our bill when we didn't even open the minibar. After asking for clarification, we were told it was for a cheap cotton beach bag that my husband used and put in his luggage without thinking. We don't even like it.
Very little information was available and we had to ask about the opening hours of pools and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt safe going around alone as a woman. The resort is beautiful, clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and ate very well.

Our stay at Eden Roc was exceptional. The quality of offerings, rooms, grounds, restaurants, food / beverage and service were superlative. Related to service, I would make specific mention of a few key individuals- Our concierge, Esther, was outstanding and very responsive at all times. Adalberto and Adrianno (food and bev management) were also excellent. We particularly enjoyed the service provided by Clara and Sindy (Blue Grill), Tomas (Mediterraneo), Santana (La Palapa) and last, but certainly not least, Luis (server at beach bar). Luis was an absolute pleasure, and was wonderful to our family the entire week! We can't wait to return!!!!

We had an amazing trip
It started off with Willie as our driver from the airport to the hotel.
Willie provided top notch customer service from loading our bags to giving us highlights of the hotel, surrounding areas and dinner recommendations.
Willie also helped us later in the week with other rides to town and his service did not disappoint, he is amazing!
Upon arrival we were greeted by Abby, or butler, who also provided great service.
Abby helped us all week with activities and dinner recommendations.
We golfed at the resort as well and had the best caddy, Amgel, he helped me golf better than ie we have. His guidance bad me, a non golfer, hitting the ball straight down the fairway!
I would highly recommend this location with amazing views, rooms and customer service!

If there ever was a category for a 6 star hotel, this property is deserving of that award. The Eden roc is one of the finest properties I’ve ever walked into. From the moment you arrive everyone and everything is 5 stars. Junior was assisting us for our stay, and was the kindest and most attentive person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. He delivered 5 star service above and beyond the whole time we’ve been here. Employees like Junior make this place absolutely amazing, and he deserves recognition. I highly recommend. Best place for a honeymoon, close to east coast, relaxing, romantic & incredible service.

Far and away the best hotel we've found in the Caribbean! Feels like Thailand or Bali. PUJ airport is clean, modern, efficient, and well air-conditioned. The 15 minute drive from there to the hotel couldn't be easier. Eden Roc's physical plant is beautiful, especially the variety of villas, bungalows, and suites, private pools, public pools, and beach. The food & beverage ranges from very good to outstanding -- some dishes at Mediterraneo are truly world-class, as is the wine list. But the best part is the staff: enthusiastic, engaging, anticipating your every need, available all times. Nothing is too much trouble. And unlike some hotels in the region, the bill is always exactly right. Honesty and respect mean so much. We also felt completely safe: all staff are vaccinated and wear masks; everything involving other guests is outdoors and distanced. Thank you to our concierge Juan Carlos and the dozens of other staff who made our visit unforgettable, from waiters and spa therapists to beach attendants and Felix the pianist. We're already planning a return visit in September.
