15 out of 10 - an exceptional property and overall experience. From the moment we booked, the concierge team was there for our every need (airport transfer, spa, golf, dinner reservations, you name it!). We were blown away by the pristine conditions of the resort. The private pools at the villa-style rooms were fantastic. Sara and Braulio were particularly attentive to every detail and such a pleasure to interact with. Can't say enough good things!

Exceptional place. We spent a week and enjoyed every second of it. La Palapa is one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean (not just Dominican Republic).
We enjoyed the beach and the pool and had a relaxing time, even though we did not venture off property.

Eden Roc Cap Cana is, quite simply, the closest thing to paradise I’ve ever experienced in my 40+ years of travel. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by a 360-degree view of heaven—stunning, tranquil, and utterly luxe. The private beach is pure storybook perfection, with its soft white sand and calm turquoise waters. The villas strike the perfect balance of comfort and elegance, with every detail so thoughtfully considered that nothing goes unnoticed.

As breathtaking as the property is, what truly sets Eden Roc apart is its people. On our very first visit, we were greeted by our concierge, Abby, whose kindness and dedication made us feel instantly at home. Abby went above and beyond—personally driving us around and even taking my daughter to the stables, where she had the unforgettable experience of feeding their magnificent horses. He made such an impression that he’s the reason we came back for a second and third trip.

But this most recent stay introduced us to Mia, our concierge this time, and she has redefined hospitality for us. I’ve stayed at many five-star resorts that claim to make you feel like family, but Mia is the first person who ever made me truly believe it. Her warmth, her care, and her genuine heart shone through in every interaction. She anticipated every need before we even knew to ask, making our stay seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.

It wasn’t just Abby and Mia who made Eden Roc feel like home—every member of their team radiates the same excellence and heart. First-class service in every sense.

Eden Roc Cap Cana is no longer just a vacation destination for us. It’s our home away from home, a place that holds a very special place in my family’s heart. To everyone who made our stay so perfect—thank you. We can’t wait to return, year after year.

I just came back yesterday and had to share my experience at Eden Rock Cap Cana.
This place is amazing. Top notch service from the moment you step into the lobby until the moment you leave. The staff truly cares about their patrons and it shows in the service. Jaime was the best concierge i have ever had. He is definitely an asset to the hotel.
My only regret is not booking a longer stay.

I’ve been to many hotels and this was like no other. I went with my husband on our honeymoon and the experience was unforgettable. The hotel arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the hotel. The ride is about 20 minutes. When we arrived, we were eagerly greeted by the sweetest staff members. They made the check-in process so seamless. After that, we were given our own personal golf cart to go anywhere we needed and our own personal concierges. I texted them with anything that we needed including excursions, food and they even put a mini fridge/freezer in my villa. Thank you to Kiara and Hill for making everything so enjoyable for us! They deserve a raise! Our villa was beautiful and had its own private pool which we appreciated. Since we keep kosher, we were given complimentary brownies and orange juice when we arrived. They were delicious! There is a kosher restaurant onsite and it is amazing! Thank you to Allen for making sure everything was good and checking up on us. With my reservation came a $200 voucher to the spa. I went on my last day there and it was so relaxing. The decor is so high class and they treat you with such respect. The offered me any type of drink before I left and even a shower to freshen up. The hotel itself is decorated very nicely and the pool area is so scenic. It is so beautiful to look at. The bar had phenomenal drinks. I definitely recommend the pina colada. The stay was so comfortable and I just felt so at peace while I was staying there. I didn’t want to leave! Overall, we had an excellent time and I would come here again in a heartbeat!

We had a fabulous time at Eden Roc Cap Cana! We stayed in a two bedroom ocean front suite that was beautifully appointed with the most perfect location on the beach, giving us privacy. Our butlers Andy and Alberto tended to our every need and were delightful to work with. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The three restaurants at the resort were all delicious and each offered a different vibe and menu. I give this resort my highest recommendation and look forward to returning again one day!

Staying at Eden Roc Cap Cana was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Mia and everyone at the resort was extremely helpful. Mia made us feel so welcomed! The rooms are incredible, service is amazing and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

Villa Azurree was absolutely stunning and very well-appointed. The beds were luxurious and comfortable and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. Staff member Junior was excellent and so professional. He saw to our every need. Wonderful family resort!

Just wrapped a 4 night stay here. We extended because we had such an amazing time. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow after being up in a villa by the golf course. The beachfront villa is a much more rustic vibe but to be on the cliff over the ocean like that was amazing. We listened to the waves crash all night. We had the most amazing butler- Melvin. 6 star service. Location is spectacular. Would love to come back with our kids next time. Thank you Melvin, Sergio, and the Eden Roc crew for an amazing trip!
