Eden Roc Cap Cana Hotel

I just came back yesterday and had to share my experience at Eden Rock Cap Cana.
This place is amazing. Top notch service from the moment you step into the lobby until the moment you leave. The staff truly cares about their patrons and it shows in the service. Jaime was the best concierge i have ever had. He is definitely an asset to the hotel.
My only regret is not booking a longer stay.

I’ve been to many hotels and this was like no other. I went with my husband on our honeymoon and the experience was unforgettable. The hotel arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the hotel. The ride is about 20 minutes. When we arrived, we were eagerly greeted by the sweetest staff members. They made the check-in process so seamless. After that, we were given our own personal golf cart to go anywhere we needed and our own personal concierges. I texted them with anything that we needed including excursions, food and they even put a mini fridge/freezer in my villa. Thank you to Kiara and Hill for making everything so enjoyable for us! They deserve a raise! Our villa was beautiful and had its own private pool which we appreciated. Since we keep kosher, we were given complimentary brownies and orange juice when we arrived. They were delicious! There is a kosher restaurant onsite and it is amazing! Thank you to Allen for making sure everything was good and checking up on us. With my reservation came a $200 voucher to the spa. I went on my last day there and it was so relaxing. The decor is so high class and they treat you with such respect. The offered me any type of drink before I left and even a shower to freshen up. The hotel itself is decorated very nicely and the pool area is so scenic. It is so beautiful to look at. The bar had phenomenal drinks. I definitely recommend the pina colada. The stay was so comfortable and I just felt so at peace while I was staying there. I didn’t want to leave! Overall, we had an excellent time and I would come here again in a heartbeat!

We had a fabulous time at Eden Roc Cap Cana! We stayed in a two bedroom ocean front suite that was beautifully appointed with the most perfect location on the beach, giving us privacy. Our butlers Andy and Alberto tended to our every need and were delightful to work with. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The three restaurants at the resort were all delicious and each offered a different vibe and menu. I give this resort my highest recommendation and look forward to returning again one day!

Staying at Eden Roc Cap Cana was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Mia and everyone at the resort was extremely helpful. Mia made us feel so welcomed! The rooms are incredible, service is amazing and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

Villa Azurree was absolutely stunning and very well-appointed. The beds were luxurious and comfortable and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. Staff member Junior was excellent and so professional. He saw to our every need. Wonderful family resort!

Just wrapped a 4 night stay here. We extended because we had such an amazing time. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow after being up in a villa by the golf course. The beachfront villa is a much more rustic vibe but to be on the cliff over the ocean like that was amazing. We listened to the waves crash all night. We had the most amazing butler- Melvin. 6 star service. Location is spectacular. Would love to come back with our kids next time. Thank you Melvin, Sergio, and the Eden Roc crew for an amazing trip!

This was our third visit to this magnificent resort. Dining was impressive and very accommodating, big thanks to the staff at BLue, especially the chef and our server, Jonathan for going out of their way to accommodate our dietary preferences. The beach is flawless, villa rooms exude luxury and the service in general is attentive almost to a fault. Our concierge Orlando was great as usual, he has become a family member to us now. We are already deciding our next visit to the resort.

I’ll start by saying my trip was planned and booked through my company, and they use a travel service.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were treated with nothing less than the highest quality and professional service. Chauffeur. Welcome staff for a tour and information on the resort. Everyone was helpful, and pleasant.

My room was perfectly clean, gorgeous view overlooking the ocean, cutest welcome baskets.

Eden Roc did an absolutely fabulous job coordinating our company events, and dinners. The food was delicious. The attention to detail was immaculate, truly. From the table settings, the music, the atmosphere.

I’ve never seen such a clean beach!

Seriously guys, Eden Roc Cap Cana was pure luxury and paradise.

I will say, there isn’t much to do at the resort besides lounging, drinking, and eating to your hearts desire so be sure to find some fun stuff to do during your stay.

I went on a boat cruise, and then another day I did horse riding/swimming. It was incredible!

Absolutely incredible beach and pool situation. Food is as good as you’re going find - we especially enjoyed the ceviche and pizzas. Staff goes out of their way to keep you happy and without need. Especially Gustavo at the pool, couldn’t have been a better host.
