This was a great all inclusive hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful and many speak English as well as Spanish.
The beach is on the Atlantic side, so not turquoise clean Caribbean waters.
Surf is a bit rough, and there is some seaweed, and rocky areas.
I would say it’s not for you if you want the Caribbean beach experience.
Pools were great. My 11 year old loved the lazy river pool. But not many floats available so bring your own if you can.
Food was very good for all inclusive.
Would definitely return here for vacation.

The Bluemoon restaurant was amazing. We came here 3 evenings and this was the best food and service for an evening meal on the resort. Emmanuel and Eduardo our servers were friendly and provide excellent service and insight on the food. Highly recommended the Rack of Lamb and the Beef Short Ribs. Must stop here for dinner! 5 star restaurant.

Great rooms, great service, great food!
There are a bunch of restaurants to eat at as well as the buffet with LOTS of options and themed nights. Richard at the Mexican restaurant was great! There is also Mike’s coffee shop where you can grab coffee all day! Luna in the lobby was helpful and welcoming! Swim up bars are great, there are multiple pools. The middle pool is more busy, with events happening during the day. The pool closest to the ocean and more quiet, easier to get served at the bar, and less busy!

I absolutely loved it here!! From the second you walk into the lobby your jaw drops. The staff are very helpful and kind, especially, Luis. He took care of my family for the week and was very chatty and attentive. The resort is very new and has very nice finishes and features. As for the beach, many people didn’t enjoy it but I thought it was beautiful! The games played throughout the day are very fun as well! Overall, I would give this resort 5 stars as it was very good, I would return for sure!

Elizabeth and Stephanie at the sports bar are great! They will make sure you always have a drink in your hand and that you are taken care of. Even with my group of 9, they loved us and came to know us. Always made sure we had enough seats for everyone and always got our order right. By the last night, they knew what we wanted when we walked in! Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, very clean rooms. Awesome butler, Alex is second to none!
Upkeep of resort grounds very well maintained. Erica provided friendly excellent service around the hotel and our suite. The chocolates and flowers on the bed each morning and night were a very appreciated touch for our honeymoon.
Dirty towels and cloths picked up and replaced daily in rooms, turn down service provided nightly.
There is plenty of staff to service everyone’s needs all around the resort.
Felix in the buffet makes top shelf crepes!! And Christian In the Italian restaurant was amazing very professional and did his job with a great big smile. Thanks for the enjoyable honeymoon. We will be back next year.

The resort was very nice and there were so many activities everyday. The entertainment was very nice and the staff were very sweet. Marielys was very welcoming and had us participate in so many fun games by the pool side. The servers were also very accommodating as we were vegetarian. Lionel at the poolside restaurant ensured we had a very pleasant experience and was very nice to us. The pools were super clean and there were activities included.

Luis is the best server I’ve ever had. He made our dinner into one of the best I’ve ever had. He was very funny and nice and it felt like he was one of our friends from the moment he spoke to us. The food was also fantastic and came out in a quick manner. I will make sure to eat again at Dolce Vita during my trip.

Less than 3 minutes after my family was situated poolside Nerson showed up and he is the absolute best. He made us feel comfortable and was extremely friendly and helpful with all the questions we had so we could get the lay of the land. That’s only the half of it because the drink service he provided was outstanding, we didn’t have to wait or want for anything because he was always checking on us making sure we were good without being intrusive. He made this experience truly memorable and if you’re poolside I hope you’re lucky enough that he’s around to take care of you too.

Jhon and Omar are an absolute delight at the pool bar! Their friendly demeanor and exceptional service truly elevate the poolside experience. Whether it's mixing up delicious cocktails or offering recommendations, they always go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism and attention to detail shine through in every interaction, making them standout members of the bar staff. I highly recommend visiting the pool bar and letting John and Omar work their magic!
