Soho Boutique Las Vegas Hotel

Hotel is situated in a perfect spot for the beach and walks into the old Town. Buses also outside of hotel that can take you to many local attractions. Very clean and staff always pleased to help. Great breakfast - highly recommended.

The staff at Hotel Soho Boutique Las Vegas we’re brilliant nothing was ever to much and we’re extremely helpful with request or question. The location is perfect near the beach and a short walk to the town centre. The is a regular bus service near by and that helps getting around. Overall a great hotel that enhanced our holiday.

Very clean and comfortable room as always, bed and pillows made for a great night's sleep! Garden area private with shady areas if you wanted it. Outside bar food excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Inside bar very pleasant and relaxing in the evenings. Easy reach of centre of Malaga. Have been many times and will come again!

I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again! The location is great, with the beach just across the street. In addition you get a little courtyard with a pool, bar, lounge chairs etc. We had a spacious room with a sea view, powerful shower and a balcony. Nespresso in the room - it was everything you needed, and clean. The people manning the desk - especially Jaun - were beyond helpful. Parking costs, but they also have airport transfers.

Perfect location. Very close to the beach and there's a number of good restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. There's also a supermarket very close to the hotel. You can also use the very efficient and cheap (1.30 EUR) from the bus stop that's right outside the hotel into the centre of Malaga and the marina. First class hotel and great staff that cater very well for the guests.

We were allocated a ground floor room overlooking the pool. It was spacious and well maintained with what looked like a recently installed wet room. It may have been an accessible room (though we didn’t ask for one) as there was a huge shower with no curtains or screen which meant the water splashed all over the floor unfortunately. There was always plenty of hot water. It was kept spotless all week. The beds were very comfortable although it was two beds adjacent not a double. The temperature was about right for the weather (wet!). The room was large and there would have been room for some comfortable chairs but it only had deck chairs on the terrace. We had a premium room which included a coffee maker but we had to ask for additional pods; reception provided a kettle. Service at reception was a bit cool but always helpful when you needed assistance. Breakfast was staffed by cheerful waiters and well provided. There was plenty of choice of continental breakfast. The coffee was not bad for hotel machine coffee. There was also a ‘hot’ breakfast but we found it was never very warm and the scrambled eggs had a strange granular texture and no taste like they were made from powdered egg. The hotel décor was a kind of bohemian minimalist, quite attractive but also a bit cold. There is a bar/lounge which is the only place to sit in poor weather but was underused with little atmosphere. The location is good, right by the beach (well, across the busy road). As other people have said there was a fair amount of traffic noise but I think most hotels in Malaga would suffer from noise from roads or visitors. It is about 15 minutes walk to the centre and there is a really good bus service past the door. At the moment you can get a Bonobus card from a kiosk (there’s one a few minutes towards the centre from the hotel) and it costs you 42 cents per ride. We used it a lot including to go to the Botanical gardens. There are several restaurants in the locality if you don’t want to eat in the centre. There is supposed to be an airport transfer but the driver was having medical treatment so we had to use a taxi.

The hotel has a good standard for 3 stars, especially the rooms. The staff was friendly and service minded. It´s walking distance from the city center, restaurants and the beach is across the busy road. Has a pool but as the road is very busy you need to have your headphones on for some quite time. Breakfast was ok but the same stuff every day and the scrambled eggs where not nice, probably processed. Beds are firm which I had no problem with but my partner didn´t like them. There is also a nice gym with everything you need for a indoor workout.

Fantastic place would highly recommend. Excellent location a lovely walk into the city. Staff really lovely and the place is so very clean. They cater for dietary requirements as well, I suffer with both milk and gluten but that was no trouble.
