Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc. The bar in the restaurant is reasonably priced, with friendly helpful staff. Would recommend a stay here.

A really great unique hotel. The gardens and pool, hammocks, egg chairs etc, made this a special place. Esteban, Martin and their staff so friendly and helpful We really appreciated the personal touch. Great breakfast too. Loved the 4 poster bed in our room. We will be back.

Excellent boutique hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere where you can chill out. Easy access to altea restaurants and bars with some stunning views.

This place was amazing - very peaceful and beautiful gardens - the hosts were equally accomodating. Would thoroughly recommend that you stay.

Very noisy, no sound proofing between rooms, said it had a restaurant but it was closed on Sundays and every other day too, wouldn't have booked had they told us this

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Been 4 times over 6 years. THIS time the room was overlooking N332. If you are a light sleeper - good luck! Passing traffic, even during the night - is quite frequent. Fortunately for remaing 2 nights we were given a quieter positioned room.

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel. There is a good atmosphere amongst the staff which is nice and relaxing for the guests. Highly recomended. Regards Andy

Brilliant location so close to the beach and great place to stay in Benidorm rooms are clean only small down side is the tower blocks you stay in are can be load at night but if you have had a busy day and drunk 🥴 a few this is not a problem. Kids enjoyed the pool. Price was good to I would stay here again.

Be careful if you book All Inclusive? I had to pay extra for a kettle an iron and the safe deposit box The hotel is great and the food was amazing tbh just felt like I was ripped off for a few euros! They also stop serving drinks at midnight which is a bit much for Benidorm..

Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal. Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town . The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels. The pool was ok but not heated so it was a bit cold to swim (in October) . Cheap and sufficient hotel

Stay in the apartments. Large apartments with self catering facilities. Balcony with view over area. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet/shower. Ideal for couples or groups. Also has a pull out bed/sofa. TV too. Hotel has reception with bar and out door pool and sun loungers. Nice spot. Bit of a walk to main strip but plenty amenities around the area including bars and restaurants.

Decent place to stay. A little bit dated. Could do with being modernized. But decent size. Has everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great pool. And plenty of sun beds. No iron or hair dryer in the rooms. Need to rent from reception. No a major problem.

Staff great and friendly, clean apartment nice assortment of continental breakfast ,also scrambled eggs ,bacon,and sausage,reception staff are always happy to help ,plenty of supermarkets and restaurants and a launderette around the corner and bus stops in the main street the old town is about 15 minutes away and there is a train station also 15 minutes away

The room I had only had a tiny window no balcony. Last time I stayed there pre covid I could upgrade to full board for 6euro a day this time it was 10 euro a meal and definitely not worth it. The hotel was very clean and room cleaning was really good. The room cleaner was very friendly. I would definitely not stay here again

This was a great choice of hotel for the fourteen of us that stayed here, we really needed just a place to sleep. Went full board and food was generally pretty good always enough choice to find something that was tasty. Clean hotel just a short walk from old town. The hotel quite, well located and value for money. When I was there (for four days) the guests were all Spanish which made for a nice experience.

If you book a 2 star rated hotel you should never expect much as you are doing a holiday on a low budget. Very suprised hotel had low star rating guessing this is compared to the new modern hotels around. Stayed march 2018 weather wasnt too good apparently it is normally hotter than this

Fabulous staff. Clean, but sadly dated. For a short stay it's okay, beware the shower, temperature fluctuates, and the curtain likes to stick to you.

An extraordinary hotel and its staff is the greatest value of all, friendly and with family treatment. Despite being an old building, it is kept in perfect condition. I can't find a single reason for complaint. Located on a pedestrian street, it allows you to rest at night and you are a few meters from the beach.

Nice hotel in old town benidorm just a 2 mins walk from vincents.For the price we paid via booking .com in early may 22 i would defo stay again.very quiet round outside pool and to be honest the reason was that the pool needed cleaning not sure why this is overlooked because otherwise this hotel is fine.

I've been in 5 star hotels, and they're not even close to this little hotel in benidorm. nice staff, truly professional, real care for the guests. great room (we took the #500), clean and comfortable. strategic location (in the center of the city) with all the shops and service nearby. beach 2 minutes away from the hotel. i can't expect more, and I can't wait to came back.

Perfect location smack bang in the old town beach 2 min walk paid 122 euros for 2 people 2 nights ya man on reception so helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay in the old town of Benidorm. It's very clean , central and the staff are lovely. John the manager is great and always remember s you and treats you well. The top floor rooms at the back are very quiet even though the walking street is right outside. The breakfast are fine but could be improved with fried eggs and better sausage. But for the money it's great .

It was few days away with friends, so although not some flash 5 star hotel. It was located in a prime position, the staff were brilliant, couldn't be more helpful if they tried. It wasn't posh but the rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a couple of days. This is why I think it deserves five stars.

Intimate, chilled n friendly place. Feel comfortable here. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager and staff here. You are always greeted with a smile and a hello, unlike in larger hotels where you are invisible to those on reception.

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. The staff are brilliant and tend to your every need,always with a smile and we will definitely visit again in the future.

Basic but clean hotel with good staff. Food was a bit of a challenge lol. We managed to find something every meal. Go with open mind give it a chance. A few other guests had high expectations and were disappointed. But I think they missed out.

Here for four nights. Glad I booked this hotel. It is comfortable and well located to the beech. Would have preferred walk in shower but only here for four days so will happily uses the shower over the nice low bath. Room clean and pleasant and staff are all very peasant. A very good budget hotel located in the old town. Good choice for breakfast- catering for continental tastes and English breakfast. I didn't eat dinner here because we were on a bed and breakfast stay. Rooms are small, but clean. Excellent power shower. We had a balcony, but not sure if every room has one. Staff are extremely friendly especially one waiter named Jonathan. Food so far is nice too. No sea views or any view at all but it's a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops.
