Perfect vacation spot, beautiful Altea and the beach in walking distance. Staff in the hotel very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Only one restaurant (buffet) was included in half board, the 2 others had to be paid extra. The quality of the food on the warm buffet was not good. Pool bar was not open on Sunday. Staff were very friendly and helpful . A mini bus from the hotel goes into the old and new town and various times of the day .Not many children were there so it was quiet .Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like .Entertainment was good every night .The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes .Very clean hotel no rubbish anywhere and toilets left spotless...

This is a fab hotel with the friendliest staff who really look after the guests and the quality and variety of the food is excellent. The only negative was the closing time of the bar as I was with a bridge group and some nights after bridge we could not get a drink which is v unusual when you are a resident. I came for a few days to do sone cycling and enjoy the rest of the day. Great rooms, the buffet is great, good variation and quality ingredients. Have garage for bikes fully equipped. My flight was late in the evening so they provided courtesy shower and access to pool. Great service

Great hotel for a cycling trip! Buffet was great and varied. There is enough variety for fuelling even in the mornings. Staff is so nice and helpful, we had lots of fun at the pool and the setup is perfect. Loved this hotel. Right on the sea front and a 15 minute walk into old Altea town. Rooms are stylish, food good, some entertainment in the afternoon and evening. Great area for cycling. Lots of sport and cycle teams stay here.

Loved this hotel. We would come back to Altea just to stay here. The staff is wonderful, so friendly, warm and helpful. The public and private rooms are beautiful. Our room, the casbah, has a fabulous bed, great linens, nice towels and toiletries. Everything here is so well thought out. From the decor, rooftop to the staff, a fantastic experience. And the property’s location is great.

We had the most delightful stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and everything about the hotel was special. We stayed over Valentines Day and when we returned from our meal in the evening the bed was covered with red rose petals in the shape of a heart! I would highly recommend it!!!

Hotel lovely but when we couldnt find a space at night we called the night support number and got no help just a rude man telling us to find a public car park .. great but we had no idea where we were .. wasted whole experience

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the views are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and there are many types of meat, and there is a type of meat that is not suitable for some religions. Going to the beach is fun and far away at the same time. We wish you a good time

Where at Sun Palace for 2 weeks with our six year old daughter. We had an amazing time, food was nice, staff was nice, rooms clean and swimming pool fine if you just like to have some relaxing moments and you don't need Slides. Serverino was our number one. An absolute lovely week stay. A credit to all the staff who were all very polite and friendly. Great live entertainment most nights and the food is 1st class. A very well run and maintained establishment I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

For a 4 star hotel the facility is outdated and not in good shape. Breakfast more sad than fun. Service is friendly and helpful. The small rooms have a balcony and the one I had, had a great view. All in all this would be a great 3 star hotel. But it is 4 Stars, thus my rating of "it's ok"

Our family love this resort and having an aqua park on site is amazing. The food is good quality with staff on hand to explain for allergies. The staff appreciate attempts of speaking spanish. All the staff are friendly and the animation staff are amazing the kids love them they are so energetic and encourage the kids to join in. This is not a main English resort and mainly aimed at our European cousins...

Just come back from a fabulous family holiday, rooms clean and comfortable, food hot and a lot of variety with themed nights. Staff friendly, lots of things to do for adults, teens and young children with the animation team. Would highly recommend

Reception is very helpful. We had couple of issues while being there but they sorted it out promptly. Cleaning was skipped sometimes despite being daily. Otherwise facilities like water park, swimming pool and kids play area are very well organized and splendid! We liked our stay.

We went in February half term and it was utterly amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and lovely, and while the water park wasn't open the indoor and outdoor pools were available (and were clean and not at all busy). Just back lovely we place tidy rooms. We picked perfect time to go just as it was getting busy more into the summer so there was plenty of beds no big queues. Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options...I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get...

I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

It was an very educational experience. Completely recommend it! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are relax as was the whole experience. If you decide to go, sign up for the cooking classes, we learned so much there. we also went to the seminar about emotional intelligence and learned so much!

We been here 2 or 3 times before. This is a great place with an amazing buffet but a very bad organizational makes overwhelmed facilities and not allowing kids to use them. We had a 9:45pm dinner spot but after being at 9:15 in the queue, finally starting at 10:15... At 10:45 staff starts to retire the food and make stress and very bad service. Water park is excellent. Although opening times of slides would be good. Food good, lots of choice, sometimes a bit cold. The complex was clean. The kids disco started a bit late. There isn't much to do in the area but it is only a 10 min taxi into Benidorm.

Really good holiday. Entertainment for the kids is spot on. Big shout to Natalie on the kids animation team. Slides are great for younger and older kids. Lodges are modern and very clearn. Food was decent and always something for fussy eaters.
